Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do przechowywania róznych plynów. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku na jeden bok, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku na drugi bok przeciwlegly do fig.4, fig. 6- butelke w widoku z góry, zas fig. 7 przedstawia butelke w widoku od dolu. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Butelka posiadajaca czesc tubowa i nasadke charakteryzuje sie tym, ze nasadka o owalnym obrysie zewnetrznym jest lekko rozszerzona ku dolowi, poza tym wysokosc powierzchni bocznej nasadki jest zmienna, na jednym z boków jest okolo 1/3 mniejsza od wysokosci powierzchni bocznej na przeciwleglym boku, a krawedz dolna w widoku z przodu i tylu jest zblizona do wycinka sinusoidy. Ponadto, nasadka w czesci srodkowej powierzchni górnej posiada uchylny pas zakrywajacy otwór wylewowy umieszczony w wybraniu o ksztalcie stanowiacym wycinek kola. Czesci zewnetrzne powierzchni górnej sa wyzsze od czesci srodkowej a w widoku z góry maja ksztalt wycinków okregu. Pas w widoku z góry, w czesci srodkowej, jest lekko rozszerzony, a w widoku z przodu i tylu jest lekko wypukly. Poza tym, pas w czesci tylnej w wybraniu posiada element zawiasowy zas w czesci przedniej posiada jezyczek, który lekko wystaje poza krawedz zewnetrzna nasadki. Jezyczek umieszczony jest ponad wybraniem o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy, której krawedz dolna jest skierowana ku obnizonej krawedzi dolnej nasadki. Czesc tubowa butelki, od owalnej krawedzi dolnej nasadki, w widoku z przodu i tylu lekko zwieksza swoja szerokosc, osiagajac maksymalna srednice na okolo 2/3 wysokosci butelki. Nastepnie zmniejsza swoja srednice do krawedzi dolnej, gdzie ma srednice o okolo 1/5 mniejsza od najwiekszej szerokosci. Krawedz górna podstawy czesci tubowej w widoku od dolu jest elipsoidalna. W widoku z boku czesc tubowa butelki, od owalnej krawedzi górnej nasadki ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a back view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a side view opposite Fig. 4, Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the bottle in a bottom view. A significant feature of the subject industrial design is its shape, which differs from previously known designs. A bottle with a tube and a cap is characterized by the cap's oval outer contour, which is slightly flared downward. Furthermore, the height of the cap's lateral surface varies; on one side, it is approximately one-third lower than the height of the lateral surface on the opposite side, and the lower edge resembles a sinusoidal segment in both front and rear views. Furthermore, the cap's central upper surface has a hinged band covering the pouring opening, located in a recess shaped like a segment of a circle. The outer portions of the upper surface are higher than the central portion, and in top view, they resemble segments of a circle. In top view, the band is slightly flared in the central portion, and in front and rear views, it is slightly convex. In addition, the strip in the rear part has a hinged element in the recess, while in the front part it has a tongue that slightly protrudes beyond the outer edge of the cap. The tongue is placed above the recess, which is roughly ellipsoidal in shape, the lower edge of which points towards the lowered edge of the lower cap. The tube portion of the bottle, from the oval edge of the lower cap, increases slightly in width in front and rear views, reaching a maximum diameter of approximately 2/3 of the bottle height. It then reduces in diameter to the lower edge, where its diameter is approximately 1/5 smaller than its greatest width. The upper edge of the base of the tube portion is ellipsoidal in the bottom view.
