Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac loda na patyku, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia lód na patyku w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- lód na patyku w widoku z przodu, fig.3- lód na patyku w wido- ku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.4- lód na patyku w widoku z boku, fig. 5- lód na patyku w widoku z dru- giego boku, fig.6- lód na patyku w widoku z dolu. Lód na patyku wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zarys figury, której dwa boki sa lukowate, a dwa bokisa faliste, przy czym pokrywa loda ma kolor bezowy, zas wyso- kosc loda jest okolo 1,9 razy wieksza od szerokosci loda mie- rzonej w jego najszerszym miejscu. The essence of the design is a new form of an ice on a lolly, manifested in its shape.
