Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac umywalki przejawiajaca sie w ksztal- cie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig. 1 przedstawia umywalke w widoku z góry, fig.2 przedstawia umywalke perspek- tywicznie eksponujac jej przód i góre, a fig.3 przedstawia te sama umywalke perspekty- wicznie eksponujac je j bok i góre Umywalka, wykonana korzystnie z masy ceramicznej, w widoku z góry, w czesci przedniej posiada ksztalt zblizony do elipsy a w czesci tylnej jej ksztalt, z obu stron, z obry- su eliptycznego przechodzi lagodnym lukiem tworzacym wciecie, po czym powtórnie sie przegina i lukiem dochodzi do plaskiej sciany tylnej. Wglebienie misy ma w widoku z góry równiez ksztalt elipsy w czesci przedniej i lukowe zamkniecie czesci tylnej a jej przestrzenne uksztaltowanie ma postac czaszy elipsoidy. Scia- na tylna wglebienia misy, na wysokosci górnej plaszczyzny umywalki, przechodzi lukiem o mniejszym promieniu w pólke tylna zakonczona, usytuowana wyzej, listwa maskujaca, jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 1, fig.2 i fig.3. PL PL PL PLWASHBASIN The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from 15th July 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a washbasin. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the washbasin, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the washbasin from a top view, Fig. 2 shows the washbasin from a perspective, exposing its front and top, and Fig. 3 shows the same washbasin from a perspective, exposing its side and top. The washbasin, preferably made of ceramic, from a top view has a shape similar to an ellipse in the front, and in the rear, its shape, from both sides, changes from an elliptical outline in a gentle arc, creating a notch, after which it bends again and arcs to a flat rear wall. The bowl recess, viewed from above, also has an ellipse-shaped front section and an arched rear section, while its spatial shape is an ellipsoidal bowl. The transitions from the rim of the washbasin to the bowl recess in the front section and from the bowl recess to its rear wall are smooth arcs. The rear wall of the bowl recess, at the height of the upper surface of the washbasin, transitions in a smaller radius arc into a rear shelf topped with a higher-positioned cover strip, as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3.
