BIDET WISZACY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 15.07.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest bidet wiszacy. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac bidetu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig.l przedstawia bidet w widoku z góry, fig.2 przedstawia bidet perspektywicznie eksponujac jego przód i góre, a fig.3 przedstawia ten sam bidet perspektywicznie eksponu- jac jego bok i góre z kierunku skosnego do osi wzdluznej bidetu. Bidet wiszacy utworzony jest z misy, trzonu dolnego i plyty przysciennej stanowia- cych jedna calosc i wykonany, korzystnie, z masy ceramicznej. Misa, w widoku z góry, po- siada ksztalt zblizony do elipsy wydluzonej w czesci tylnej, w której to czesci jej krawedz, z obu stron, przechodzi lagodnym lukiem tworzacym wciecie dochodzace do plaskiej sciany tylnej. Wglebienie misy ma w widoku z góry równiez ksztalt elipsy w czesci przedniej i lu- kowe zamkniecie czesci tylnej. Przestrzenne uksztaltowanie misy ma postac czaszy elipso- idy z lagodnymi lukowymi przejsciami z obrzeza do zaglebienia misy i z zaglebienia misy do jej tylnej sciany, która na wysokosci górnej plaszczyzny bidetu przechodzi lukiem o mniej- szym promieniu w pólke tylna zakonczona usytuowana wyzej listwa maskujaca. Obrzeze misy w czesci tylnej wystaje nieznacznie poza jej zewnetrzna powierzchnie. PL PL PLWALL-HUNG BIDET The design registration right is valid from July 15, 1999. The design is a wall-hung bidet. The essence of the design is a new form of the bidet, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bidet from above, Fig. 2 shows the bidet in perspective, exposing its front and top, and Fig. 3 shows the same bidet in perspective, exposing its side and top from an oblique direction to the bidet's longitudinal axis. A wall-hung bidet consists of a bowl, a lower shaft, and a wall plate, constituting a single unit, and preferably made of ceramic. The bowl, viewed from above, has a shape similar to an elongated ellipse in the rear section, where its edge, on both sides, curves gently, creating a recess leading to the flat rear wall. The bowl recess also has an elliptical shape in the front section and an arc-shaped closure in the rear section. The spatial shape of the bowl is an ellipsoid bowl with smooth arc-shaped transitions from the rim to the bowl recess and from the bowl recess to its rear wall, which, at the height of the upper surface of the bidet, merges with a smaller radius into a rear shelf topped with a higher-positioned cover strip. The rim of the bowl in the rear section protrudes slightly beyond its outer surface. The lower shaft extends downward from the bowl and takes the form of a bent knee filled with side walls that gently curve into the surfaces of the bowl and the wall plate. The wall plate has the shape of a parabola with its apex pointing downward, and is aligned at the bottom with the lower rounding of the lower shaft, while at the top its arms penetrate the rear shelf with a small offset, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3.
