Pojemnik z nakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik z nakretka, sluzacy jako opakowanie sypkich wyrobów kosmetycznych i srodków czystosci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z nakretka przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z nakretka w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - pojemnik z nakretka w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu, a fig. 4 pojemnik z nakretka w widoku z góry. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru jest bryla skladajaca sie z korpusu zamknietego od góry nakretka i posiadajaca symetrycznie uksztaltowane wzgledem siebie naprzeciwlegle powierzchnie i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt wieloscianu. Sciany korpusu, przednia i tylna maja lagodne lukowe krawedzie z poczatkiem w srodkowej strefie górnej czesci tych scian i opadajace symetrycznie w strone scian bocznych, a nastepnie lagodnym lukiem kieruja sie ku dolowi laczac sie przy podstawie pojemnika. Sciany boczne maja wklesniecia o ksztalcie zblizonym do stylizowanego wydluzonego trójkata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, przy czym podstawa tego wklesniecia znajduje sie w górnej czesci sciany bocznej i jest równolegla do linii krawedzilaczacej sie z krawedzia przechodzaca od scian przedniej i tylnej. Górna czesc pojemnika stanowiaca jego otwór ma ksztalt kola, po czym zmienia sie ona ponizej poziomu nakretki w stylizowany prostokat o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach i wypuklych na zewnatrz dluzszych bokach, a jego przekatna jest dluzsza o ok. 1/4 od srednicy otworu, ponadto dno jest wklesniete do srodka pojemnika i ma równiez ksztalt stylizowanego prostokata, którego przekatna jest prawie 2 razy mniejsza od srednicy otworu tego pojemnika. PL PLContainer with a Cap The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since 1999. The design covers a container with a cap, used as packaging for loose cosmetics and cleaning products. The essence of the design is a new form of the container with a cap, as manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the container with a cap from the front, Fig. 2 - the container with a cap from the side, Fig. 3 - the container from the bottom, and Fig. 4 - the container with a cap from the top. According to the design, the container is a solid consisting of a body closed at the top by a cap and having symmetrically shaped, opposing surfaces. The body is characterized by a polyhedron shape. The body walls, front and rear, have gently curved edges that begin in the central upper part of the walls and slope symmetrically towards the side walls, then gently curve downwards to meet at the base of the container. The side walls have concavities similar to a stylized elongated triangle with rounded tops, with the base of this concavity located at the top of the side wall and parallel to the edge line connecting the edge extending from the front and rear walls. The upper part of the container, which is its opening, is circular in shape, but below the level of the cap it changes into a stylized rectangle with rounded tops and longer sides convex outwards, and its diagonal is approximately 1/4 longer than the diameter of the opening. Furthermore, the bottom is concave towards the center of the container and also has the shape of a stylized rectangle, the diagonal of which is almost half the diameter of the opening of this container.
