Q A A Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 1995 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik z nasadka, sluzacy jako opakowanie plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych i srodków czystosci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z nasadka, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z nasadka w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - pojemnik z nasadka z fig. 1 obróconej o 90°, fig. 3 - pojemnik z nasadka z fig.1 obrócony o 270°, fig.4 - pojemnik i nasadke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - pojemnik z nasadka w widoku z góry, zas fig.6 przedstawia pojemnik z nasadka w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik z nasadka wedlug wzoru ma postac bryly o przekroju wzdluznym w ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy. Sklada sie z korpusuzamknietego od góry nasadka zaopatrzona w ruchoma przykrywke z usytuowanym w strefie srodkowej otworem, posiada symetrycznie uksztaltowane wzgledem siebie plaskie powierzchnie czolowa i tylna, boczne powierzchnie wybrzuszone oraz owalne dno i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na powierzchniach tego pojemnika znajduja sie lukowe wyciecia, z których jedno ma poczatek w górnej czesci korpusu pojemnika, po stronie jednego z wezszych boków i kieruje sie lagodnym lukiem, wypuklym ku górze w srodkowej czesci korpusu pojemnika, w strone drugiego wezszego boku. Na wysokosci ok. 1/3 od góry korpusu pojemnika wyciecie to kieruje sie poziomo w strone powierzchni tylnej, po czym laczy sie takim samym lukiem z poziomym elementem w strefie poczatkowej tego wyciecia. Drugie wyciecie na powierzchni plaskiej ma poczatek w dolnej czesci korpusu pojemnika i kieruje sie lagodnym lukiem ku dolowi w strone przeciwleglego boku. Nasadka pojemnika, w górnej strefie z otworem i przykrywka, tworza bryle owalna, zas w dolnej czesci, sciany nasadki sa wymodelowane w ksztalcie wyciecia usytuowanego w górnej czesci korpusu pojemnika. PL PLQ A A The right of registration of an ornamental design has been in effect since 1995. The subject of the ornamental design is a container with a cap, serving as packaging for liquid cosmetics and cleaning products. The essence of the design is a new form of the container with a cap, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the container with a cap from the front, Fig. 2 - the container with the cap from Fig. 1 rotated by 90°, Fig. 3 - the container with the cap from Fig. 1 rotated by 270°, Fig. 4 - the container and cap in a perspective view, Fig. 5 - the container with the cap from the top, and Fig. 6 shows the container with the cap from the bottom. The container with a cap, as designed, has the form of a solid with a longitudinal cross-section roughly ellipsoidal. It consists of a body closed at the top by a cap fitted with a movable lid with an opening located in the central area. It has symmetrically shaped flat front and rear surfaces, bulging side surfaces, and an oval bottom. It is characterized by arc-shaped cutouts on the container surfaces, one of which begins in the upper part of the container body, on one of the narrower sides, and extends in a gentle, convex upward arc in the central part of the container body towards the other narrower side. At a height of approximately 1/3 from the top of the container body, this cutout extends horizontally towards the rear surface, where it then connects with a horizontal element at the beginning of this cutout by the same arc. The second cutout on the flat surface begins at the bottom of the container body and curves gently downward toward the opposite side. The container cap, with its upper opening and lid, forms an oval shape, while the lower cap walls are modeled in the shape of a cutout located in the upper part of the container body.
