W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór pojemnika uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia otwarty pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z jednego boku, fig. 2 - zamkniety pojemnik w widokuperspektywicznym z przodu i z jednego boku, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku z boku, a fig. 5 - pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik sklada sie z czesci pojemnikowej i pokrywki tworzacych, gdy pokrywka jest zamknieta zwezajacy sie ku dolowi szesciobok o lekko wypuklych scianach przedniej, tylnej i dwóch scianach bocznych, zaokraglonej scianie dolnej oraz plaskiej scianie górnej. Wszystkie krawedzie pojemnika sa zaokraglone. Pokrywka pojemnika jest zamocowana na scianie tylnej, w jej górnej czesci, za pomoca mocowania o ksztalcie kokardki oraz wysokosc pokrywki zwieksza sie stopniowo od sciany tylnej ku scianie przedniej pojemnika i odpowiednio wysokosc czesci pojemnikowej maleje od sciany tylnej ku scianie przedniej. Górna plaska powierzchnia pokrywki ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o lekko wypuklych bokach i zaokraglonych wierzcholkach. Na scianie przedniej pojemnika ponizej pokrywki znajduje sie element o ksztalcie zblizonym do miseczki. Compared to known products of this type similar in form, the container according to the industrial design is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines. The container design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an open container in a perspective view from the front and one side, Fig. 2 - a closed container in a perspective view from the front and one side, Fig. 3 - the container in a front view, Fig. 4 - the container in a side view, Fig. 5 - the container in a back view, Fig. 6 - the container in a top view, Fig. 7 - the container in a bottom view. The container consists of a container part and a lid, which, when the lid is closed, form a tapering hexagon with slightly convex front walls, rear walls, and two side walls, a rounded bottom wall, and a flat top wall. All edges of the container are rounded. The container lid is attached to the rear wall at its top using a bow-shaped fastener. The height of the lid gradually increases from the rear wall to the front wall of the container, and correspondingly, the height of the container part decreases from the rear wall to the front wall. The upper, flat surface of the lid is roughly rectangular in shape with slightly convex sides and rounded tops. On the front wall of the container, below the lid, there is a cup-shaped element. The essential features of the industrial design are that the container consists of a container part and a lid which, when the lid is closed, form a hexagon tapering downwards with slightly convex front walls, rear walls and two side walls, a rounded bottom wall and a flat top wall, wherein all edges of the container are rounded, and the container lid is attached to the rear wall, in its upper part, by means of a bow-shaped fastener, and the height of the lid increases gradually from the rear wall towards the front wall of the container and, accordingly, the height of the container part decreases from the rear wall towards the front wall, and the upper flat surface of the lid has a shape close to a rectangle with slightly convex sides and rounded tops, and on the front wall of the container, below the lid, there is an element with cup-like shape, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-7.
