Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, dozownik ma postac bryly zblizonej ksztaltem do pro- stopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, ograniczonej dwiema naprzeciw-legie usytuowanymi sciankami czolowymi, wypuklosciami skierowanymi na zewnatrz, oraz dwiema sciankami bocznymi wyprowadzonymi z gór- nej scianki lukowej tak, ze te trzy scianki zasadniczo tworza zarys odwró- conej litery U. Na górnej sciance znajduje sie wystep o zarysie litery IJ w widoku z góry, na powierzchni którego jest usytuowane koliste zagle- bienie i sasiadujacy z nim kolisty otwór. Natomiast na kazdej z obu scian czolowych, od dolu ograniczonych krawedziami o zarysie splaszczonej litery S, znajduje sie zestaw otworów szczelinowych, kazdy o zarysie zblizonym do poziomo ulozonej litery S.
