Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac urzadzenia oswiet- lenowego pólki ekspozycyjnej, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Urzadzenie oswietleniowe pólki ekspozycyjnej znajduje zasto- sowanie w sklepach, supermarketach, magazynach oraz w wysta- wowych regalach ekspozycyjnych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia urzadzenie oswietleniowe pólki ekspozycyjnej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2-urzadzenie oswietleniowe w widoku z przodu, fig.3- urzadzenie oswietleniowe w widoku z tylu, fig.4- urzadzenie oswietleniowe w widoku z boku, fig.5- urzadzenie oswietlenio-we w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- urzadzenie oswietleniowe w widoku z góry, a fig.7- urzadzenie oswietleniowe w widoku z dolu. Urzadzenie oswietleniowe pólki ekspozycyjnej wedlug wzoru, obejmujace czesc górna i czesc dolna, zakonczone obwo- dowymi rantami, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc górna ma ksztalt bryly, której sciany boczne maja zarys trapezu pros- tokatnego, a w polu jej sciany górnej znajduje sie siedem ob- szarów kolistych oraz obszar kwadratowy. Czesc dolna urzadze- nia ma ksztalt bryly, której sciany boczne maja zarys czesci kola i do kazdej sciany bocznej przylega nakladka majaca za- rys zebaty, przy czym w nakladce usytuowane jest gniazdo. Priority: February 12, 1999 (WIPO). The subject of the ornamental design is a display shelf lighting device. The essence of the design is a new form of the display shelf lighting device, manifested in its shape. The display shelf lighting device is used in shops, supermarkets, warehouses, and in display racks. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the lighting device of the display shelf in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the lighting device in a front view, Fig. 3 - the lighting device in a back view, Fig. 4 - the lighting device in a side view, Fig. 5 - the lighting device in a view from the other side, Fig. 6 - the lighting device in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the lighting device in a bottom view. The display shelf lighting device, as shown, comprises an upper and lower section, each finished with a circumferential edge. The upper section is shaped like a block whose side walls are in the shape of a rectangular trapezoid, and its upper wall area contains seven circular areas and a square area. The lower section of the device is shaped like a block whose side walls are in the shape of a portion of a circle. Each side wall is adjoined by a toothed cover plate, with a socket located within the cover plate. A cable runs between the two sockets, covered at the bottom by a cover plate.
