( Szwecja ) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest przyrzad mocujacy przeznaczony do montowania miedzy innymi pólek. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przyrzadu mocujacego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia przyrzad mocujacy w widoku perspektywicznym na górna powierzchnie i scianke boczna, fig. 2 - przyrzad mocujacy w widokuperspektywicznym na dolna powierzchnie i scianke boczna, fig. 3 - przyrzad mocujacy w widoku na górna powierzchnie, fig. 4 - przyrzad mocujacy w widoku z boku, zas fig. 5 przedstawia przyrzad mocujacy w widoku z boku na strone przeciwlegla do fig. 4. Zgodnie ze wzorem i ja k uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, przyrzad mocujacy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt cylindra, którego wysokosc jest okolo o 1/3 mniejsza od srednicy. Od góry posiada wybranie o ksztalcie prostokata z mniejszymi bokami umiejscowionymi z poblizu krawedzi zewnetrznej przyrzadu mocujacego, które to wybranie usytuowane jest na okolo 1/3 wysokosci od góry. Drugie wybranie umiejscowione centrycznie w polowie wysokosci tegoz przyrzadu, a mniejszy bok równy jest 1/3 wysokosci przyrzadu mocujacego. Na sciance dolnej posiada umieszczone w poblizu krawedzi zewnetrznej przyrzadu dwa male kólka. PL PL PLFixing Device The right to register an ornamental design is valid from: 22 October 1999. The second recess is centrally located at the midpoint of the mounting device, and the smaller side is equal to 1/3 of the height of the mounting device.
