(USA) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do przechowywania róznorodnych produktów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, pojemnik charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada okragla podstawe przechodzaca po luku w scianki boczne, przy czym po bokach, na okolo 1/4 wysokosci, ma uskoki przeksztalcajace przekrój pojemnika z okralego na przekrój elipsowy. Pojemnik na okolo 1/3 wysokosci od góry, posiada umieszczony po obwodzie prostokatny pas, powyzej którego jest powierzchnia górna pojemnika o ksztalcie zblizonym do kopuly z usytuowanym centrycznie okraglym zamknieciem. Approximately 1/3 of the way up from the top, the container has a rectangular band around its circumference, above which is the upper surface of the container, shaped like a dome with a centrally located circular closure.
