Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.3- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.5- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka, obejmujaca czterosegmentowy korpus z szyj- ka z gwintem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry i z dolu ma zarys kwadratu, którego dwa boki i naroza sa luko- wate, przy czym w polu powierzchni bocznej drugiego segmentu znajduja sie wklesniecia majace w przyblizeniu zarysy trój- katne, a w polach kazdej sciany bocznej trzeciego segmentupolozone sa wypuklosci majace zarysy prostokata z zaokraglo- nymi narozami. Czwarty segment ma wypukle powierzchnie bocz- ne. Pomiedzy pierwszym i drugim segmentem na powierzchni bu- telki usytuowane jest waskie, obwodowe wklesniecie oraz po- miedzy drugim, a trzecim i trzecim, a czwartym segmentem znajduja sie obwodowe zukosowania powierzchni. Ponadto w polu dna butelki widoczne sa liczne zarysy koliste, trapezowe i trójkatne, z których czesc ulozona jest w ksztalt szescio- ramiennej gwiazdy. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a view from the other side, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle, comprising a four-segment body with a threaded neck, is characterized by a top and bottom view of a square with two arcuate sides and corners. The lateral surface of the second segment contains concavities with roughly triangular outlines, while each side wall of the third segment contains convexities with rectangular outlines and rounded corners. The fourth segment has convex lateral surfaces. A narrow, circumferential concavity is located between the first and second segments, and circumferential surface bevels are located between the second and third segments. Furthermore, the bottom of the bottle displays numerous circular, trapezoidal, and triangular outlines, some of which are arranged in the shape of a six-pointed star. PL PL PL
