Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 11.08.1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z nakretka, sluzaca jako opakowanie plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych i srodków czystosci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.l przedstawia butelke z nakretka w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - butelke z fig. 1 obróconej o 270°, a fig. 3 - butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z odkrecona nakretka. Butelka wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac bryly o przekroju wzdluznym w ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy. Sklada sie z korpusu zamknietego od góry nakretka i posiada symetrycznie uksztaltowane wzgledem siebie plaskie powierzchnie czolowa i tylna. Powierzchnie boczne butelki sa wybrzuszone. Na tych powierzchniach znajduja sie lukowe wyciecia, z których jedno ma poczatek w górnej czesci korpusu butelki, po stronie jednego z wezszych boków i opada lagodnym lukiem, wypuklym ku górze w srodkowej czesci korpusu butelki, w strone drugiego wezszego boku.Drugie wyciecie ma poczatek w dolnej czesci korpusu butelki i kieruje sie lagodnym lukiem ku górze w strone przeciwleglego boku. Oba wyciecia tworza na jednym z wezszych boków butelki figury podobne do trójkatów skierowanych do siebie wierzcholkami, zas na drugim wezszym boku wyciecie przebiega równolegle do górnej powierzchni butelki. Nakretka butelki jest bryla, która w widoku z boku ma ksztalt trójkata róznoramiennego o wypuklych dwu bokach i trzecim boku lekko wkleslym i opadajacym zgodnie z linia wyciecia na powierzchni butelki, a w widoku z dolu nakretka ma ksztalt owalu. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since August 11, 1999. The design covers a bottle with a cap, used as a container for liquid cosmetics and cleaning products. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle with the cap from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from Fig. 1 rotated 270°, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle in perspective with the cap unscrewed. The bottle, according to the design, is characterized by its shape with a longitudinal cross-section roughly ellipsoidal. It consists of a body closed at the top by a cap and has symmetrically shaped flat front and rear surfaces. The bottle's lateral surfaces are bulging. These surfaces feature arc-shaped cutouts, one of which originates in the upper part of the bottle body, on one of the narrower sides, and descends in a gentle, convex upward arc in the middle of the bottle body, toward the other narrower side. The second cutout originates in the lower part of the bottle body and descends in a gentle upward arc toward the opposite side. On one of the narrower sides of the bottle, both cutouts form figures resembling triangles with their vertices facing each other, while on the other narrower side, the cutout runs parallel to the upper surface of the bottle. The bottle cap is a solid shape that, from a side view, has the shape of an equilateral triangle with two convex sides and a third side that is slightly concave and descends in line with the cutout on the bottle surface. From the bottom, the cap has an oval shape.
