Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczony jako opakowanie srodków czystosci, artykulów chemii gospodarczej oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Znany jest pojemnik w postaci niesymetrycznego prostopadloscianu, który w widoku z góry i od dolu jest prostokatem o zaokraglonych narozach i na jednym z boków posiada po jednym wybrzuszeniu i wglebieniu. W polu tego prostokata, blizej scianki z wybrzuszeniem i wglebieniem znajduje sie kilka koncentrycznych okregów i luków polaczonych liniami prostymi. W widoku od tylu pojemnik ma plaska sciane z jednym wybrzuszeniem i wglebieniem usytuowanym na calej jej wysokosci. Znany jest równiez pojemnik w ksztalcie bryly zblizonej do prostopadloscianu z usytuowanym niesymetrycznie otworem. W widoku z g6jcy i z dolu ma on ksztalt zblizony do prostokata a zwezajacym sie koncu, przechodzacym w symetryczne zaokraglenie, a ksztalt tego prostokata w rzutach górnym i dolnym zblizony jest doksztaltu pojemnika zarysowanego w rzucie czolowym i tylnym. Pojemnik ma wglebienia na powierzchniach bocznych i powierzchni dolnej o ksztalcie odpowiadajacym zarysowi tych powierzchni, a takze wybranie wokól wydluzenia sciany tylnej. W górnej czesci pojemnik posiada podluzny czlon mostkowy stanowiacy uchwyt pojemnika. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii na powierzchni, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, nadajace mu oryginalny wyglad. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze pojemnik sklada sie z korpusu w postaci plaskiej bryly z otworem. Bryla zbudowana jest z trzech czesci. Czesc glówna tworzy bryla zblizona do prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, posiadajaca uchwyt i zajmuje ponad 80% wysokosci pojemnika, czesc górna tworzy bryla zblizona do ostroslupa scietego, którego podstawe stanowi ok. H dlugosci krótszego boku czesci glównej, a jeden z boków tego ostroslupa kieruje sie, lukiem wygietym na zewnatrz, w strone boku z uchwytem. Trzecia czescia bryly jest wylew bedacy wydrazonym walcem. Walec wyposazony jest w gwint. Pojemnik posiada jednakowo uksztaltowane, plaskie powierzchnie czolowa i tylna oraz dno zblizone ksztaltem do czworokata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, w którym dwa dluzsze boki sa tej samejdlugosci, a dwa krótsze maja rózne dlugosci. Powierzchnie boczne sa nawzajem równolegle i prostopadle do podstawy butelki. Jedna powierzchnia boczna, biegnaca ponizej otworu wylewowego ma, w widoku czolowym, ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, a druga, przeciwlegla powierzchnia boczna, ma ksztalt zblizony do dwóch kielichów stykajacych sie podstawami i wyposazona jest w rurowy uchwyt, przy czym przeswit uchwytu pojemnika ma ksztalt wydluzonej figury o dwóch dluzszych, równoleglych, pionowych bokach polaczonych ze soba skosnymi, lukowymi liniami. Na powierzchniach czolowej i tylnej znajduje sie wglebienie, biegnace w górnej czesci korpusu pojemnika ponizej otworu wylewowego od grubszego boku, równolegle do podstawy tego pojemnika w kierunku drugiego, waskiego boku, po czym opada lagodnym lukiem wzdluz waskiego boku, kierujac sie ku podstawie pojemnika, a nastepnie lagodnym lukiem zmienia kierunek i biegnie równolegle do podstawy pojemnika, w kierunku grubszego boku, po czym biegnie wzdluz grubszego boku ku górze, prostopadle do podstawy pojemnika. Wglebienie ma ksztalt przyblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach. Pierwsza odmiane wzoru przedstawiaja fig. 1,2,3. Druga odmiana wzoru jest pierwsza odmiana wzoru posiadajaca nakretke w postaci bryly zamknietej od góry i otwartej od dolu, skladajaca sie z nagwintowanego od wewnatrz pierscienia o szerokosci zblizonej do szerokosci walca wylewowego i osadzonej na nim brylew ksztalcie przypominajacym sciety ostroslup o podstawie zblizonej do czworokata, przy czym kat nachylenia jednej ze scian bocznych tego ostroslupa jest wiekszy od kata nachylenia drugiej ze scian, lezacej naprzeciwko. Powierzchnie scian czolowej i tylnej sa takie same, zas powierzchnie boczne maja inne ksztalty. Powierzchnia boczna, posiadajaca mniejszy kat nachylenia jest czworokatem, w którym dwie poziome krawedzie sa równolegle, przy czym górna krawedz jest dluzsza od krawedzi dolnej, znajdujacej sie przy podstawie ostroslupa scietego. Pozostale dwie krawedzie sa równe i maja ksztalt linii lekko wygietych na zewnatrz. Powierzchnia górna powstala z przeciecia bryly ostroslupa plaszczyzna równolegla do jego podstawy ma ksztalt zblizony do czworokata, przy czym dwie jego krótsze krawedzie, lezace naprzeciwko siebie sa lekko wygiete na zewnatrz, zas dwie pozostale krawedzie maja rózne dlugosci. A known container is an asymmetrical cuboid, which, when viewed from above and below, is a rectangle with rounded corners and has a bulge and a recess on one side. Within the rectangle, closer to the wall with the bulge and recess, are several concentric circles and arcs connected by straight lines. Viewed from the back, the container has a flat wall with a single bulge and a recess along its entire height. A container in a shape resembling a cuboid with an asymmetrically located opening is also known. In the top and bottom views, it has a shape similar to a rectangle, with a tapering end that transitions into a symmetrical rounding. The shape of this rectangle in the top and bottom views is similar to the shape of the container outlined in the front and rear views. The container has recesses on the side surfaces and bottom surface, corresponding to the outline of these surfaces, as well as a recess around the extended rear wall. In the upper part, the container has an elongated bridge member that serves as the container's handle. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the container, manifested in its shape, the arrangement of lines on the surface, and the surface properties, giving it a unique appearance. The essential features of the industrial design are that the container consists of a body in the form of a flat block with an opening. The block is composed of three parts. The main body is a shape resembling a cuboid with rounded corners, possessing a handle and occupying over 80% of the container's height. The upper body is a shape resembling a truncated pyramid, the base of which is approximately H times the length of the shorter side of the main body. One side of this pyramid extends, in an outward arc, towards the side with the handle. The third part of the body is the spout, which is a hollow cylinder. The cylinder is equipped with a thread. The container has identically shaped, flat front and rear surfaces, and a bottom resembling a quadrilateral with rounded corners, in which the two longer sides are the same length and the two shorter sides are different lengths. The lateral surfaces are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the bottle's base. One side surface, running below the pouring opening, has, in a frontal view, the shape of a rectangle with rounded tops, and the other, opposite side surface has a shape similar to two cups with their bases touching and is equipped with a tubular handle, while the clearance of the container handle has the shape of an elongated figure with two longer, parallel, vertical sides connected by oblique, arc-shaped lines. On the front and rear surfaces, a recess runs in the upper part of the container body below the pouring opening, from the thicker side, parallel to the base of the container, towards the other, narrower side. It then descends in a gentle arc along the narrower side, heading towards the base of the container. It then changes direction in a gentle arc, running parallel to the base of the container, towards the thicker side, and then runs upward along the thicker side, perpendicular to the base of the container. The recess is roughly rectangular in shape with rounded corners. The first variant of the design is shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3. The second design variant is the first design variant, with a cap in the form of a solid closed at the top and open at the bottom. It consists of an internally threaded ring with a width similar to the width of the pouring cylinder and a mounted solid in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a base similar to a quadrangle, where the angle of inclination of one of the pyramid's side faces is greater than the angle of inclination of the other, opposite face. The surfaces of the front and rear faces are the same, while the side faces have different shapes. The side face, with the smaller angle of inclination, is a quadrangle in which two horizontal edges are parallel, with the upper edge being longer than the lower edge located at the base of the truncated pyramid. The remaining two edges are equal and have the shape of lines slightly curved outward. The upper surface, resulting from the intersection of the pyramidal solid with a plane parallel to its base, has a shape close to a quadrangle, with its two shorter edges, lying opposite each other, curved slightly outward, while the other two edges have different lengths. One is a straight line, and the other is shaped like an arc curved slightly outward. Variations of the pattern are shown in Figures 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
