Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczona jako opakowanie plynnych srodków czystosci oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki, nadana jej przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu.Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku gladkiego, nie posiadajacego uskoku, a fig. 3 przedstawia butelke w widoku z dolu. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiadajaca korpus z szyjka oraz dno, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma korpus w postaci splaszczonej bryly, z usytuowanym w strefie srodkowej otworem i posiada jednakowo uksztaltowane, lekko wypukle, powierzchnie czolowa i tylna oraz dno zblizone ksztaltem do prostokata o wypuklych dluzszych bokach i zaokraglonych krawedziach. Powierzchnie boczne sa nawzajem równolegle i prostopadle do podstawy butelki. Na powierzchniach czolowej i tylnej znajduja sie dwa, nawzajem równolegle wglebienia, nieco wypukle ku górze, kierujace sie lagodnym lukiem opadajacym w kierunku sciany bocznej o gladkiej powierzchni. Ponizej tych wglebien znajduje sie wglebienie, które ograniczone jest liniami lukowymi i prostymi majacymi poczatek w górnej czesci korpusu butelki na wysokosci ok. % od podstawy butelki, przy czym górna linia opada lagodnym lukiem, wypuklym nieco ku górze i równoleglym do linii wglebien umieszczonych ponad nim, kierujac sie do gladkiego boku butelki, a nastepnie ostrym lukiem zmienia kierunek i prostopadle zbliza sie ku podstawie butelki, po czym znówzmienia kierunek na wysokosci ok. 1/9 od podstawy i równolegle do podstawy zbliza sie do drugiego boku butelki, przy czym w poblizu tego boku linia wglebienia zalamuje sie lukowo lekko ku górze, a nastepnie kieruje sie do nastepnego boku butelki laczac sie z linia wglebienia znajdujacego sie na przeciwleglym boku. Na jednej ze scian bocznych wglebienie to ma w widoku czolowym ksztalt prostokata. Sciany boczne przechodza w górnej strefie butelki lagodnymi lukami w kierunku szyjki, jak pokazano na fotografii fig. 1 do fig. 3. The industrial design is a bottle with a flexible coating, intended as a container for liquid cleaning products and cosmetics. The essence of the design is the bottle's new and unique character, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shape. The design is shown in a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side (smooth, without a raised edge), and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design bottle, which has a body with a neck and a bottom, is characterized by a body in the form of a flattened block with an opening located in the center, identically shaped, slightly convex front and rear surfaces, and a base roughly rectangular in shape with convex longer sides and rounded edges. The side surfaces are parallel and perpendicular to the base of the bottle. The front and rear surfaces feature two parallel recesses, slightly convex upwards, curving in a gentle arc towards the smooth side wall. Below these recesses is a recess bounded by arcs and straight lines originating in the upper part of the bottle body at a height of approximately 1/3 of the bottle's base. The upper line descends in a gentle arc, slightly convex upward and parallel to the lines of the recesses located above it, heading towards the smooth side of the bottle. Then, in a sharp arc, it changes direction and approaches the base of the bottle perpendicularly. It then changes direction again at a height of approximately 1/9 of the base and approaches the other side of the bottle parallel to the base. Near this side, the recess line bends slightly upward in an arc and then continues to the next side of the bottle, joining the line of the recess located on the opposite side. On one of the side walls, this recess is rectangular in shape in a frontal view.
