-1 - Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona jako opakowanie plynnych, a takze sypkich artykulów chemii gospodarczej, a w szczególnosci srodków czystosci i srodków dezynfekujacych oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki i jej odmiany, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci rysunków, na którym fig.1 przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z jednego boku, od strony uchwytu, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig. 5 przedstawia butelke w widoku z dolu. Wciecia te obejmuja równiez niewielka powierzchnie dolnej czesci sciany bocznej z uchwytem. Na górnym kolnierzu, na obydwu scianach bocznych sa nawzajem równolegle wciecia w ksztalcie dwu stylizowanych, lezacych liter C, obejmujacych takze czesc sciany czolowej i tylnej. Obie sciany boczne, w widoku z przodu, maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokatów, przy czym szerokosc sciany uchwytu jest okolo dwa razy mniejsza od szerokosci korpusu butelki. W widoku z przodu uchwyt jest figura zamknieta po bokach dwoma liniami, które w górnej i dolnej czesci sa lukami, bedacymi nawzajem odbiciem lustrzanym, a w czesci srodkowej sa prostymi, nawzajem równoleglymi. Pomiedzy uchwytem a korpusem butelki widnieje przeswit, który ograniczony jest linia zamknieta w ksztalcie figury zblizonej do trójkata o zaokraglonych narozach i lekko wygietych na zewnatrz bokach, przy czym bok od strony uchwytu ma ksztalt falowanej linii, umozliwiajacej wygodny chwyt, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym - fig.1 do fig.5. The industrial design is a bottle intended as packaging for liquid and loose household chemicals, particularly cleaning agents, disinfectants, and cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the bottle and its variations, imparted by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shape. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material in the form of drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a frontal view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, from the handle side, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a side view, and Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view. Essential features of the industrial design A bottle having a body in the form of a flattened solid, close to a cuboid, with a neck in the upper part of the body and a handle, as well as a base of a shape close to elliptical and surfaces of the front and rear walls of the same shape, is characterized in that in a front view the front and rear walls have side edges perpendicular to the base and parallel to each other, while the surfaces of the front and rear walls are slightly convergent towards the side with the handle. At the top, at the base of the neck, these walls are separated by a horizontal line that becomes an arc towards the handle side. On the opposite side, it changes direction at an obtuse angle downward for a section spanning approximately 20% of the height of the bottle body. It then bends in the opposite direction, creating a flange that separates the smooth surface of the bottle walls with an arc-shaped chamfer extending upward towards the handle side. This chamfer then runs diagonally down the bottle body, creating a similar flange in the lower part. The lower flange, on both the front and rear walls, on the side with the handle, has arc-shaped, mutually parallel indentations of varying lengths, which are also parallel to the bending chamfer separating the lower part of the bottle from the remaining vertical planes of the bottle walls. These indentations also encompass a small area of the lower part of the side wall with the handle. On the upper flange, on both side walls, there are parallel indentations in the shape of two stylized, lying letters C, which also encompass part of the front and rear walls. Both side walls, in the front view, are roughly rectangular in shape, with the width of the handle wall being approximately half the width of the bottle body. In the front view, the handle is a figure enclosed on the sides by two lines, which in the upper and lower parts are arcs, mirror images of each other, and in the middle part are straight, parallel lines. There is a gap between the handle and the body of the bottle, which is limited by a closed line in the shape of a figure similar to a triangle with rounded corners and slightly outwardly curved sides, while the side on the handle side has the shape of a wavy line, enabling a comfortable grip, as shown in the illustrative material - fig. 1 to fig. 5.
