Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona jako opakowanie plynnych artykulów chemii gospodarczej, a w szczególnosci srodków czystosci i srodków dezynfekujacych oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, imparted by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shape. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material in the form of drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side with a handle, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the top, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom. Essential features of the industrial design A bottle, according to the industrial design, having a body in the form of a flattened, slender shape with a handle and a neck in the upper part of this body, as well as a base of a shape close to elliptical and front and rear wall surfaces of the same shape, is characterized in that one side surface is inclined outwards and at a height of approximately 0.2 from the bottom has the greatest width created by a small bulge, while the opposite side surface is in the upper part equipped with a handle running vertically downwards, and at a height of approximately 0.35 from the bottom it bends in a slight arc outwards, after which it forms a bulge at the same height as the bulge on the opposite side, moreover, the inner wall at the handle, in the front view, forms an outline passing in an arc over The handle opening extends towards the central part of the bottle body, then curves downwards in a large arc, and bends below the handle, creating an arc-like outline of the bulge located under the handle. The front and rear surfaces of the bottle body are angled outwards towards the bottom and have, in the upper part under the neck, an elliptical bulge, constituting the base of the neck, and below it an elliptical surface, narrower on the side with the handle and descending from the bulge under the neck towards the handle and towards the front and rear walls. In a bottom view, the bottle has an ellipse-shaped surface, which is truncated on the side with the handle, as shown in the illustrations - Fig. 1 to Fig. 4.
