Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryj- nych. Czesc zbiornikowa z przodu i z tylu jest szeroka,zas z boku waska. Przy czym powierzchnia scianki przedniej jest lekko wybrzuszona, a jej boki sa zagiete tak, ze poczatkowo tworza waskie scianki boczne a nastepnie przechodza w tylna plaska scianke butelki. W widoku z przodu jej boki od dna przechodza po niewielkim luku w linie proste i równolegle wzgledem siebie, zas od góry lacza sie ze soba po krzywej zblizonej do luku. W widoku z boku krawedzie butelki od dna sa liniami prostymi i równoleglymi wzgledem siebie, a nastepnie zaginaja sie po luku i przechodza w plaski wierzch. Stosunek szerokosci butelki z przodu do jej szerokosci z boku i do calkowitej wysokosci butelki z szyjka ma sie w przyblizeniu tak, jak 76 : 30 : 105. Dno butelki jest zaopatrzone w krawedziowe zgrubienie ma ksztalt figury zblizonej do prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami. Podstawa tej figury jest linia prosta, zas jej wierzch oraz boki sa wypukle. Na wierzcholku korpusu usytuowana jest waska cylindryczna szyjka wylewowa, która w pierwszej odmianie butelki pokryta jest gwintem, zas w drugiej odmianie uwienczona jest wypuklym pierscieniowym kolnierzem.Fig. 1 - 2 -- 3 - Fig. 2.2 Fig. 3.2 Fig. 2.1 Fig. 3.1 Fig. 4 PL PLBottle The industrial design is a bottle made of glass intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfume liquids. The design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - a photograph showing a general front view of the bottle body, Fig. 2.1 - a front view of the first bottle variant, Fig. 2.2 - a side view of the first bottle variant, Fig. 3.1 - a front view of the second bottle variant, Fig. 3.2 - a side view of the second bottle variant, Fig. 4 - a bottom view of the bottle. Significant features of the industrial design are: the shape of the container portion resembles a geometric figure with rounded edges. The container portion is wide at the front and back, but narrow at the sides. The surface of the front wall is slightly bulging, and its sides are bent so that they initially form narrow side walls and then merge into the flat rear wall of the bottle. In the front view, the sides from the bottom merge in a slight arc into straight lines and parallel to each other, while from the top, they join in a curve that approximates an arc. In the side view, the edges of the bottle from the bottom are straight lines and parallel to each other, then bend in an arc and merge into a flat top. The ratio of the bottle's front width to its side width and to the total height of the bottle with the neck is approximately 76 : 30 : 105. The bottom of the bottle is provided with a ridged edge and has a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners. The base of this figure is a straight line, while its top and sides are convex. At the top of the body is a narrow cylindrical pouring neck, which in the first version of the bottle is covered with a thread, while in the second version it is topped with a convex annular collar.
