Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczona jako opakowanie plynnych srodków dezynfekujacych i czyszczacych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig v 2 - butelke w widoku z boku posiadajacego wypuklosc, fig.3 - butelke w widoku z boku posiadajacego wciecie, fig.4 przedstawia J?U|:elke w widoku z góry, a fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z dolu.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiadajaca korpus z gwintowana szyjka, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly. Sciany czolowa i tylna maja symetryczne wzgledem siebie ksztalty, przy czym nie sa wzajemnie równolegle, a linie proste styczne do powierzchni tych scian przecinaja sie ze soba pod katem zblizonym do 45°. Obie sciany sa odchylone od podstawy ku srodkowi korpusu butelki, przy czym najwieksza odleglosc miedzy tymi scianami jest przy podstawie butelki. Sciany czolowa i tylna, w widoku czolowym, maja z jednej strony wypuklosc utworzona przez linie lukowa biegnaca od szyjki butelki w kierunku podstawy, zas z drugiej strony w górnej czesci jest wypuklosc, która lukiem zmienia kierunek tworzac lagodne wciecie skierowane ku srodkowi korpusu butelki. Sciana boczna butelki posiadajaca wypuklosc jest szersza od sciany posiadajacej wciecie. Butelka w widoku z góry ma ksztalt przypominajacy trapez, w którym jego podstawe, znajdujaca sie na styku ze sciana boczna, posiadajaca wypuklosc, stanowi linia lukowa, zas bok lezacy naprzeciwko tej podstawy laczy sie ze sciana boczna posiadajaca lukowe wciecie. Bok butelki, posiadajacy wypuklosc, w widoku z przodu, ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu o podstawie szerszej znajdujacej sie w dolnej czesci korpusu butelki. Drugi bok, w widoku z przodu, ma ksztalt figury przypominajacej w górnej czesci kielich rozszerzajacy sie ku górze, zas pod nim figure zblizona do prostokata o zaokraglonych na zewnatrz liniach pionowych. Butelka w widoku z dolu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu o lekko wypuklych na zewnatrz krawedziach, jak przedstawiono na fotografii fig. 1 - fig. 5. The industrial design is a bottle with a flexible coating, intended as a container for liquid disinfectants and cleaning agents. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the object, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shape. The design is shown in a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side with a convexity, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the side with a recess, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from above, and Fig. 5 shows the bottle from below. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a body with a threaded neck and is characterized by its flattened shape. The front and rear walls are symmetrical in shape, but not parallel to each other. Straight lines tangent to the surfaces of these walls intersect at an angle approaching 45°. Both walls slope from the base toward the center of the bottle body, with the greatest distance between these walls occurring at the base. The front and rear walls, in frontal view, have a convexity on one side, created by an arc line extending from the bottle neck toward the base. On the other side, there is a convexity in the upper part, which changes direction with an arc, creating a gentle indentation directed toward the center of the bottle body. The side wall of the bottle with the convexity is wider than the side wall with the indentation. The bottle, viewed from above, has a trapezoid-like shape, in which its base, located at the junction with the convex side wall, is formed by an arc, while the side opposite this base connects to the side wall with an arc-like indentation. The convex side of the bottle, viewed from the front, has a shape resembling a trapezoid, with a wider base located at the bottom of the bottle body. The other side, viewed from the front, has a figure resembling a goblet in its upper part, widening upwards, and below it a figure resembling a rectangle with vertical lines rounded outward.
