Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona jako opakowanie plynnych artykulów chemii gospodarczej, a szczególnie srodków czystosci, srodków dezynfekujacych, a takze wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, nadana jej przez ksztalt oraz cechy linii i konturów, a takze przez uformowanie powierzchni. Na powierzchniach czolowej i tylnejwykonane jest wglebienie, które ma swój poczatek w górnej czesci, pod sfazowaniem, nad uchwytem, po czym kieruje sie ku powierzchni gladkiej sciany, a nastepnie ostrym lukiem zmienia kierunek i biegnie równolegle do nachylenia wewnetrznej powierzchni przy przeswicie, obok uchwytu, po czym zmienia kierunek na równolegly do podstawy butelki na wysokosci ok. 0,25 wysokosci butelki zblizajac sie w strone sciany z uchwytem. U dolu, ponad tym wglebieniem umieszczone sa trzy liniowe, nawzajem równolegle wglebienia, jak pokazano na rysunku i fotografiach fig. 1-2, fig. 5-6, fig. 9-11, fig. 13-15. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging liquid household chemicals, particularly cleaning agents, disinfectants, and cosmetics. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, given to it by its shape, line and contour features, and surface shaping. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The bottle, according to the industrial design, having a body with a handle, is characterized by a solid shape with a base of a rhombus-like quadrangle with rounded corners and outwardly curved edges. The curvature of the side adjacent to the plane of the smooth side wall is greater than the curvature of the edge adjacent to the wall with the handle. When viewed from above, the bottle has a shape similar to an isosceles triangle with rounded corners. The surfaces of the side walls are perpendicular to the base and parallel to each other, while the surfaces of the front and rear walls converge upward and converge towards the handle. At the top and bottom of the front and rear surfaces, as well as at the corners of the side walls, the bottle features decorative elements in the form of small hemispherical protrusions placed on bulges separated from the smooth surfaces by arc-shaped chamfers directed toward the center of the bottle body on the flat wall surface. The chamfer in the lower section extends toward the side with the handle, approaching the bottle's base, while the chamfer in the upper section slopes upward toward the side with the handle. Between the handle and the bottle body, there is a gap in the shape of a figure resembling a rounded triangle, with the side near the handle perpendicular to the bottle base and the opposite side sloping toward the center of the bottle body. The width of the bottle body at its narrowest point is almost half that of the base. A recess is made on the front and rear surfaces. It begins at the top, under the chamfer, above the handle, then runs towards the smooth wall surface. Then, in a sharp arc, it changes direction and runs parallel to the slope of the inner surface at the clearance, next to the handle, and then changes direction to parallel to the base of the bottle at a height of approximately 0.25 times the bottle height, approaching the wall with the handle. At the bottom, above this recess, three linear, mutually parallel recesses are located, as shown in the drawing and photographs Figs. 1-2, Figs. 5-6, Figs. 9-11, Figs. 13-15.
