- 1- Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona jako opakowanie plynnych srodków czystosci, srodków dezynfekujacych oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot uwidoczniono na materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku posiadajacego splaszczenie, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 przedstawia butelke w widoku z dolu. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiadajaca korpus z szyjka, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac splaszczonej bryly o podstawie zblizonej do elipsy, posiadajacej z jednej strony sciecie. Sciany czolowa i tylna maja symetryczne wzgledem siebie ksztalty. Krawedz sciany czolowej i tylnej, znajdujaca sie przy jednej ze scian bocznych, ma ksztalt wygietej linii lukowej, skierowanej w górnej czesci korpusu butelki ku jej srodkowi, a nastepnie od okolo polowy wysokosci- 2 - korpusu butelki linia ta zmienia kierunek skrecajac ku dolowi i tworzac lukowa wypuklosc wygieta na zewnatrz, po czym kieruje sie przy podstawie ku srodkowi butelki. Na tej scianie bocznej, w miejscu wypuklosci jest splaszczenie, które w widoku czolowym tworzy figure, zblizona ksztaltem do wydluzonego trójkata, utworzona z naprzeciwko siebie lezacych luków, o wypuklosciach skierowanych w przeciwnych kierunkach i laczacych sie ze soba u góry, zas u dolu luki te sa lekko zbiezne i nie stykaja sie ze soba. Krawedz sciany czolowej i tylnej, znajdujaca sie przy drugiej scianie bocznej, ma ksztalt linii lekko odchylajacej sie od osi korpusu butelki, kierujacej sie ku dolowi i tworzacej w górnej czesci niewielka wypuklosc skierowana na zewnatrz, po czym linia ta przechodzi lagodnym lukiem ku dolowi korpusu butelki, tworzac wciecie, a nastepnie odchyla sie na zewnatrz. Wypuklosc w dolnej czesci na jednej ze scian bocznych jest naprzeciwko wciecia znajdujacego sie w drugiej scianie bocznej butelki. W podstawie butelki sa wglebienia umieszczone pod scianami bocznymi. W górnej czesci butelki, na jej eliptycznej plaszczyznie znajdujacej sie pod szyjka tej butelki, wykonane sa po dwu wezszych stronach tej plaszczyzny, jako odbicie lustrzane, wyciecia w ksztalcie trójkatów. Dluzsza przekatna podstawy korpusu butelki jest wieksza od dluzszej przekatnej plaszczyzny znajdujacej sie przy podstawie szyjki butelki, jak to pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 5. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended as packaging for liquid cleaning agents, disinfectants, and cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the object, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shape. The object is shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 - a side view of the bottle with a flattened surface, Fig. 3 - a side view of the bottle, Fig. 4 - a top view of the bottle, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a body with a neck and is characterized by the form of a flattened solid with a base similar to an ellipse, with a chamfer on one side. The front and rear walls are symmetrical in shape. The edge of the front and rear walls, located at one of the side walls, has the shape of a curved arc line directed towards the center of the bottle at the top. Then, from about halfway up the bottle, this line changes direction, curving downward and creating an outward-curving arc-like convexity. Finally, it curves towards the center of the bottle at the base. This side wall, where the convexity is, has a flattening that, in frontal view, creates a figure similar to an elongated triangle, formed by opposing arcs, with the convexities directed in opposite directions and connecting at the top. At the bottom, these arcs are slightly converging and do not touch. The edge of the front and rear walls, located at the other side wall, is shaped like a line that deviates slightly from the axis of the bottle body, extending downward and forming a slight outward convexity in the upper part. This line then curves gently downward toward the bottom of the bottle body, forming a notch, and then curves outward. The convexity in the lower part of one side wall is opposite the notch in the other side wall. The base of the bottle has recesses located beneath the side walls. In the upper part of the bottle, on its elliptical plane located under the neck of the bottle, mirror-image triangle-shaped cutouts are made on the two narrower sides of this plane. The longer diagonal of the base of the bottle body is greater than the longer diagonal of the plane located at the base of the bottle neck, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 to Fig. 5.
