Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik i jego odmiana z nakretka, sluzacy jako opakowanie sypkich srodków czystosci i wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, nadany mu przez cechy ksztaltu. Korpus pojemnika ma ksztalt wieloscianu z gwintowanym, okraglym otworem w górnej czesci. Sciany korpusu, przednia i tylna, maja lagodne lukowe krawedzie z poczatkiem w srodkowej strefie górnej czesci tych sctan i opadajace symetrycznie w strone scian bocznych, które to sciany boczne lagodnym lukiem, najpierw wygietym na zewnatrz, a nastepnie w srodkowej czesci, lukiem wygietym do wewnatrz korpusu pojemnika, potem znów lukiem wygietym na zewnatrz, kieruja sie ku dolowi, laczac sie z podstawa tego pojemnika. Sciany boczne maja wglebienia o ksztalcie zbiizonym do stylizowanego, wydluzonego trójkata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach i wygietych lukowo na zewnatrz tokach, przy czym lukowa podstawa tego wglebienia znajduje sie w górnej czesci sciany bocznej. Sciany boczne, w widoku z przodu, maja ksztalt figury utworzonej przez dwie symetryczne linie lukowe, skierowane wypuklosciami ku srodkowi pojemnika, pomiedzy którymi to liniami umieszczona jest figura utworzona przez wglebienie, figura utworzona pomiedzy lukowymi liniami ma ksztalt elementu przypominajacego polaczone ze soba dwa kielichy, których jedna, szersza, rozchylajaca sie na zewnatrz czesc znajduje sie w górnej czesci korpusu pojemnika, nieco ponizej nasady otworu, a druga o prawie identycznym ksztalcie, znajduje sie w niewielkiej odleglosci od podstawy tego pojemnika. Lukowe linie zamkniete sa od zewnatrz tirrranri prostymi, przy czym odleglosc pomiedzy tymi liniami, w górnej czesci pojemnika, jest wieksza niz w dolnej czesci tego pojemnika. Ponadto dno jest wklesniete do srodka pojemnika i ma ksztalt stylizowanego prostokata, z lekkowygietymi na zewnatrz bokami, którego przekatna jest mniejsza od srednicy otworu tego pojemnika, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design is a container and its variant with a screw cap, used as packaging for loose cleaning agents and cosmetic products. The essence of the design is a new form of the container with an individual character, given to it by the features of its shape. The subject according to the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a frontal view, Fig. 2 - the container in a side view, Fig. 3 - the container in a top view, while Fig. 4 shows a variant of the container in a checkered view, Fig. 5 - a variant of the container in a side view, and Fig. 6 shows a variant of the container in a top view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The container, according to the design, is a solid form with symmetrically shaped opposing surfaces. The container body is polyhedron-shaped with a threaded circular opening in the upper part. The body walls, front and rear, have gently curved edges, originating in the central upper part of the walls and descending symmetrically towards the side walls. These side walls, with a gentle curve, first curve outward, then in the central part, curve inward towards the container body, then curve outward again, then connect with the base of the container. The side walls have recesses in the shape of a stylized, elongated triangle with rounded tops and outwardly curved edges, with the arched base of this recess located at the top of the side wall. The side walls, viewed from the front, have the shape of a figure formed by two symmetrical arc lines, their convexities directed toward the center of the container. Between these lines is a figure formed by a recess. The figure formed between the arc lines resembles two connected cups, one of which, wider, flaring outward, is located in the upper part of the container body, slightly below the base of the opening, while the other, almost identical in shape, is located a short distance from the base of the container. The arc lines are closed from the outside by straight lines, with the distance between these lines in the upper part of the container being greater than in the lower part. Furthermore, the bottom is concave into the center of the container and has the shape of a stylized rectangle, with slightly outwardly curved sides, the diagonal of which is smaller than the diameter of the container opening, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1 to fig. 3. A variant of the container from frgs. 1 - 3 has a cap having vertical indentations and convexities separated from the upper, smooth surface by a cut-out in the shape of a wavy line, the largest arcs of the cap's upward bend are located in places where the vertical axes divide the front, back and side walls into two symmetrical parts, as shown in the drawing - fig. 4 to fig. 6.
