Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ornamencie, a takze barwie nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. W górnej czesci korpusu butelki, nad wytloczeniem i wglebieniem, rozchodza sie promieniscie od nasady szyjki butelki ku dolowi wyciecia, zas na scianach bocznych wyciecia biegna pionowo w kierunku podstawy butelki. Stosunek wysokosci butelki do jej szerokosci równy jest 1,9, jak przedstawiono na rysunku i fotografii fig. l-fig.2 i fig.5 -fig.6. The industrial design is a bottle with a flexible coating, intended as a container for loose and liquid cleaning products. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, ornamentation, and color, suitable for repeated reproduction. The design is shown in a drawing and photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 - the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 - a variant of the bottle from the front, Fig. 4 - a variant of the bottle from the side, Fig. 5 - a top view of the bottle, and Fig. 6 - a color photograph of the bottle and its variants from a perspective view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design bottle, with a body with a threaded neck and a cylindrical cap, is characterized by its flattened shape with rounded corners and edges. The front and rear walls are identically shaped; their smooth surfaces are separated by embossing, one of which runs parallel to the base of the bottle, while the other runs diagonally from the narrower side wall, slightly upwards towards the wider side of the bottle, creating a downward arc at that wall. Above the top embossing, parallel to it, is an oval recess with three parallel rows of spherical embossing. This recess begins at the narrower sidewall and ends near a vertical line running perpendicular to the point of intersection of the bottle's opening diameters, with the opening being offset toward the wider sidewall of the bottle. In the upper part of the bottle body, above the embossing and recess, cutouts radiate from the base of the bottle neck towards the bottom, while on the sidewalls, the cutouts run vertically towards the base of the bottle. The bottle's height to width ratio is 1.9, as shown in the drawing and photographs Fig. 1-Fig. 2 and Fig. 5-Fig. 6. This bottle variant is characterized by a height to width ratio of 1.5, as shown in the drawing and photographs Fig. 3-Fig. 6.
