Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczona jako opakowanie sypkich i plynnych srodków czystosci oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, barwie, ukladzie linii nadajaca butelce w polaczeniu z nakretka oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke z nakretka w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - butelke z nakretka w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - widok butelki z góry, a fig. 4 widok butelki z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, posiadajaca korpus z gwintowana szyjka i nakretke w ksztalcie walca, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach, zamknietej dnem o ksztalcie zblizonym do czworoboku, w którym dwa dluzsze boki maja taka sama dlugosc, zas dwa pozostale naprzeciwlegle boki maja rózne dlugosci. Sciany czolowa i tylna sa jednakowo uksztaltowane, ich gladka powierzchnie oddzielaja wytloczenia, z których jedno usytuowane jest równolegle do podstawy butelki, a drugie biegnieukosnie od wezszej, bocznej sciany, lekko ku górze, w kierunku szerszej sciany butelki, tworzac przy tej scianie luk skierowany ku dolowi. Nad górnym wytloczeniem, równolegle do niego, usytuowane jest owalne wglebienie, z trzema równoleglymi rzedami wytloczen w ksztalcie kulistym. Wrebienie to ma poczatek przy wezszej scianie bocznej, zas koniec w poblizu linii pionowej biegnacej w miejscu przeciecia srednic otworu butelki, przy czym otwór ten jest przesuniety w kierunku szerszej sciany bocznej butelki. W górnej czesci korpusu butelki, nad wytloczeniem i wglebieniem, rozchodza sie promieniscie od nasady szyjki butelki ku dolowi wyciecia, zas na scianach bocznych wyciecia biegna pionowo w kierunku podstawy butelki. Butelka i nakretka w korzystnym rozwiazaniu wykonane sa w kontrastowych kolorach. PL PLThe design registration right for the bottle has been in effect since 2001. The design is a bottle with a flexible coating, intended for packaging loose and liquid cleaning products and cosmetics. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape, color, and arrangement of lines, giving the bottle, combined with the cap, a unique appearance. The design is illustrated in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle with the cap from the front, Fig. 2 - the bottle with the cap from the side, Fig. 3 - a view of the bottle from above, and Fig. 4 - a view of the bottle from below. The bottle, following the decorative pattern, has a body with a threaded neck and a cylindrical cap. It is characterized by a flattened shape with rounded corners and edges, closed by a base roughly resembling a quadrilateral, in which the two longer sides are the same length, while the other two opposing sides are different lengths. The front and rear walls are identically shaped, their smooth surfaces separated by embossing, one of which runs parallel to the base of the bottle, while the other runs diagonally from the narrower side wall, slightly upwards towards the wider side of the bottle, creating a downward arc at that side. Above the upper embossing, and parallel to it, is an oval recess, with three parallel rows of spherical embossings. This recess begins at the narrower sidewall and ends near the vertical line running at the intersection of the bottle's opening diameters, with the opening offset toward the wider sidewall. In the upper part of the bottle, above the embossing and recess, cutouts radiate from the base of the bottleneck toward the bottom, while on the sidewalls, cutouts run vertically toward the base of the bottle. The bottle and cap are preferably made in contrasting colors.
