Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 13.11.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do produktów kosmetycznych i chemicznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke z nakretka w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku perspektywieznym, a fig.4 - widok dna butelki. Butelka wedlug wzoru, posiadajaca korpus z gwintowana szyjka i nakretke w ksztalcie nalozonych na siebie dwóch walców o róznych srednicach, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt jednolitej, splaszczonej bryly o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach, zaniknietej dnem, o eliptycznym przekroju poprzecznym oraz jednakowo uksztaltowane, nawzajem równolegle, lekko wybrzuszone powierzchflfe czolowa i tyiaa oraz. proste powierzchnie boczne posiadaja^ pionowe, wypukle^relialy Powierzchnie scian czolowej i tylnej oraz sciany boczne butelki posiadajawytloczenia, przy czym na scianach czolowej i tylnej wytloczenia te tworza po dwa luki równolegle do górnej krawedzi korpusu butelki oraz po dwa luki równolegle do dolnej krawedzi korpusu butelki, po czym kieruja sie, równolegle do czesci lukowej korpusu butelki ku czesci srodkowej scian bocznych. Krawedzie korpusu butelki kieruja sie lukami tworzacymi w górnej czesci scian bocznych figure w ksztalcie zwezajacego sie ku dolowi lejka, po czym kieruja sie, równolegle do siebie, w postaci pionowego pasa ku dolowi butelki, gdzie znów tworza figure w ksztalcie lejka rozszerzajacego sie ku dolowi butelki. Butelka i nakretka w korzystnym rozwiazaniu wykonane sa w kontrastowych kolorach. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since November 13, 2000. The design is a bottle, intended primarily for cosmetic and chemical products. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color. The design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle with a cap from the front, Fig. 2 - the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 - the bottle from a perspective view, and Fig. 4 - a view of the bottle's bottom. A bottle according to the model, having a body with a threaded neck and a cap in the shape of two superimposed cylinders of different diameters, is characterized in that it has the shape of a uniform, flattened solid with rounded corners and edges, closed with a bottom, with an elliptical cross-section and identically shaped, mutually parallel, slightly bulging front and rear surfaces, and straight side surfaces have vertical, convex contours. The surfaces of the front and rear walls and the side walls of the bottle have embossing, wherein on the front and rear walls these embossings form two arcs parallel to the upper edge of the bottle body and two arcs parallel to the lower edge of the bottle body, and then run parallel to the arced part of the bottle body towards the central part of the side walls. The edges of the bottle body curve in arcs, creating a funnel-shaped figure at the top of the side walls, tapering downward. They then curve parallel to each other in a vertical stripe toward the bottom of the bottle, where they again form a funnel-shaped figure, widening toward the bottom. The bottle and cap are attractively crafted in contrasting colors.
