Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony jako opakowanie sypkich i plynnych artykulów chemii gospodarczej, a szczególnie srodków czystosci, srodków dezynfekujacych i wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, nadana mu przez ksztalt oraz cechy linii i konturów, a takze przez uformowanie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z boku wezszego, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, stanowi go bryla o podstawie czworokata zblizonego do rombu,posiadajacego zaokraglone naroza i wygiete lukowo na zewnatrz boki, przy czym wygiecie boku sasiadujacego z szersza sciana boczna jest wieksze niz wygiecie boku przy scianie bocznej naprzeciwleglej, zas w widoku z góry pojemnik ma ksztalt zblizony równiez do figury czworokatnej o zaokraglonych narozach i wygietych lukowo na zewnatrz bokach, sasiadujacych ze scianami bocznymi pojemnika. Powierzchnie scian bocznych sa prostopadle do podstawy i nawzajem równolegle, a w widoku czolowym maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, natomiast powierzchnie scian czolowej i tylnej sa zbiezne w kierunku jednej ze scian bocznych. U góry i dolu powierzchni czolowej i tylnej oraz na narozach scian bocznych pojemnik ma element ozdobny w postaci wypuklosci w ksztalcie drobnych pólkul, umieszczonych na wybrzuszeniach. Wybrzuszenia w górnej i dolnej czesci pojemnika, umieszczone sa na szerszej scianie bocznej i oddzielaja gladka powierzchnie tej sciany sfazowaniami w ksztalcie luków, które sa skierowane ku dolowi w górnej czesci oraz ku górze w dolnej czesci. Sfazowania te przechodza przez powierzchnie czolowa i tylna i kieruja sie do wezszej sciany bocznej, przy czym zanikaja na narozach tych scian. Na scianach czolowej i tylnej wykonane jest wglebienie w ksztalcie figury zblizonej do trójkata o zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym krawedz tego wglebienia znajdujaca sie po stronie wezszej sciany bocznej jest prostopadla do podstawy pojemnika, zas krawedz naprzeciwlegla jest pochylona w kierunku srodka korpusu pojemnika, przy czym odleglosc tej krawedzi od wezszej sciany bocznej pojemnika jest najwieksza w górnej czesci. Na powierzchniach czolowej i tylnej wykonane jest wglebienie, które ma swój poczatek w górnej czesci, pod sfazowaniem, po stronie wezszej sciany bocznej, po czym kieruje sie ku przeciwleglej scianie bocznej, a nastepnie ostrym lukiem zmienia kierunek i biegnie równolegle do nachylenia wewnetrznej krawedzi wglebienia, po czym zmienia kierunek na równolegly do podstawypojemnika na wysokosci ok. 0,4 wysokosci korpusu tego pojemnika, zblizajac sie w strone wezszej sciany bocznej. The subject of the industrial design is a container intended as packaging for loose and liquid household chemicals, particularly cleaning agents, disinfectants, and cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the new form of the container, given to it by the shape and features of lines and contours, as well as by the surface formation. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, Fig. 2 - the container from a narrower side view, Fig. 3 - the container from the top, and Fig. 4 - the container from the bottom. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The container, according to the industrial design, is characterized by a solid shape with a rhombus-like quadrangular base, rounded corners and outward-curved sides. The curvature of the side adjacent to the wider side wall is greater than the curvature of the side adjacent to the side wall. From a top view, the container also has a shape similar to a quadrangular figure with rounded corners and outward-curved sides adjacent to the container's side walls. The surfaces of the side walls are perpendicular to the base and parallel to each other, and from a frontal view, they are rectangular in shape, while the surfaces of the front and rear walls converge toward one of the side walls. At the top and bottom of the front and rear surfaces, as well as at the corners of the side walls, the container features decorative elements in the form of small hemispherical protrusions placed on bulges. The bulges at the top and bottom of the container are located on the wider side wall and separate the smooth surface of this wall with arc-shaped chamfers that point downward at the top and upward at the bottom. These chamfers extend through the front and rear surfaces and extend to the narrower side wall, disappearing at the corners of these walls. On the front and rear walls there is a recess in the shape of a figure similar to a triangle with rounded corners, wherein the edge of this recess located on the side of the narrower side wall is perpendicular to the base of the container, while the opposite edge is inclined towards the center of the container body, wherein the distance of this edge from the narrower side wall of the container is the greatest in the upper part. A recess is made on the front and rear surfaces. It begins in the upper part, under the chamfer, on the narrower side wall. It then runs towards the opposite side wall. Then, in a sharp arc, it changes direction and runs parallel to the slope of the inner edge of the recess. Finally, it changes direction to parallel to the base of the container at a height of approximately 0.4 times the height of the container body, approaching the narrower side wall.
