Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia nakladke stanowiaca zamkniecie butelki w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.2- nakladke stanowiaca zamkniecie butelki w widoku z tylu, fig.3- nakladke stanowiaca zamkniecie butelki w widoku z boku, fig.4- nakladke stanowiaca zamkniecie butelki w widoku z góry, a fig.5- nakladke stanowiaca zamkniecie butelki w widoku z dolu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 shows the cap constituting the closure of the bottle in perspective front, side and top view, fig. 2 - the cap closure of the bottle in the rear view, fig. 3 - the closure cap side view of the bottle, Fig.4- bottle closure cap in top view, and Fig.5- bottle closure cap in bottom view.

Nakladka stanowiaca zamkniecie butelki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca czesc dolna oraz czesc górna, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc dolna jest wyprofilowana w ten sposób, ze ma wypukle sciany przednia, tylna i dwie sciany boczne, przy czym krawedzie dolne wspomnianych scian tworza, w widoku z góry, zarys scietego jednostronnie owalu. Czesc górna nakladki jest odchylana zawiasowo, przy czym ta odchylana czesc ma, w widoku z góry, zarys w przyblizeniu trójkata równobocznego z lukowatymi ramionami i zaokraglonymi narozami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji od fig.l do fig.5.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5An industrial design bottle closure cap, including a lower part and an upper part, has the following essential features: the lower part is profiled in such a way that it has convex front and rear walls and two side walls, with the lower edges of the said walls of the body, in view from above, the outline of an oval truncated on one side.
