Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka zaopatrzona w uchylna klapke. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a screw cap with a hinged flap.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania plynów i zeli, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bottle with a cap intended for packaging liquids and gels, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the layout of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku od spodu, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono szyjke butelki w widoku z przodu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - a bottle with a cap is shown in a front view, fig. 2 - a bottle with a cap is shown in a side view, fig. 3 - a bottle with a cap is shown in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle with a screw cap in a bottom view, and fig. 5 shows the bottle neck in a front view.

Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z zakretka ma korpus, który w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych górnych naroznikach, natomiast w widoku z boku korpus ma dwie równolegle do siebie sciany, które w górnej i dolnejjego czesci rozszerzaja sie lukowo tworzac wyoblona górna i dolna czesc. Na obu bocznych scianach wystepuja cztery wybrzuszenia o obrysie w ksztalcie owalu. Przekroje górnej czesci butelki oraz jej dna maja ksztalt owalu. Zakretka butelki umieszczona na gwintowanej szyjce ma ksztalt walca zaopatrzonego na obwodzie w ryflowana powierzchnie, przy czym w górnej czesci zakretki umieszczona jest walcowa, uchylna klapka. The cross-sections of the upper part of the bottle and its bottom have an oval shape. The bottle cap placed on the threaded neck has the shape of a cylinder provided with a grooved surface around the perimeter, the top of the cap having a cylindrical hinged flap.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Butelka z zakretka, znamienna tym, ze jej korpus ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych górnych naroznikach, natomiast w widoku z boku korpus ma dwie równolegle do siebie sciany, które w górnej i dolnej jego czesci rozszerzaja sie lukowo tworzac wyoblona górna i dolna czesc. Na obu bocznych scianach wystepuja cztery wybrzuszenia o obrysie w ksztalcie owalu. Przekrój górnej czesci butelki oraz dna ma ksztalt owalu. Zakretka butelki umieszczona na gwintowanej szyjce ma ksztalt walca zaopatrzonego na obwodzie w ryflowana powierzchnie, przy czym w górnej czesci zakretki umieszczona jest walcowa, uchylna klapka, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 i fig. 5.
