Butelka z zakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 17 czerwca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke zzakretka w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono w widoku z boku górna czesc butelki zaopatrzona w wylewke. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z zakretka ma korpus zaopatrzony w dno o ksztalcie splaszczonego od strony krótszych boków owalu. W górnej czesci butelka ma odchylona katowo czesc wylewowa zaopatrzona w gwintowana cylindryczna szyjke zaopatrzona w zakretke o ksztalcie stozka scietego. Wewnatrz szyjki osadzona jest cylindryczna czesc stozkowej wylewki. Srodkowa czesc korpusu butelki jest taliowana w stosunku do górnej wylewowej czesci butelki i dolnej czesci butelki i ma od strony jednej bocznej powierzchni prosta krawedz, natomiast od strony drugiej bocznej powierzchni ma krawedz w ksztalcie rozciagnietej litery „S". Wylewowa czesc butelki obrzezona jest dolna krawedzia która od strony sciany bocznej ma ksztalt luku, od strony sciany czolowej krawedz ta ma ksztalt litery „V", a od strony sciany tylnej krawedz ta ma ksztalt pólluku. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a cap. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bottle with a cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle with a cap from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle with a cap from a front view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle with a cap from a back view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom, and Fig. 5 shows the top part of the bottle with a spout from a side view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle with a cap has a body with a bottom in the shape of an oval, flattened on the shorter sides. The upper part of the bottle has an angled spout section with a threaded cylindrical neck and a truncated cone-shaped cap. The cylindrical part of the conical spout is mounted inside the neck. The central part of the bottle body is aligned with the upper spout section and the lower part of the bottle and has a straight edge on one side surface, while on the other side surface it has an edge in the shape of an extended "S." The spout section of the bottle is edged with a lower edge, which is arc-shaped on the side wall, V-shaped on the front wall, and semi-arc-shaped on the back wall. The lower part of the bottle is edged with an upper edge which, from the side wall side, has the shape of an extended letter "U", from the front wall side, this edge has the shape of a semi-oval, and from the back wall side, this edge has the shape of an inverted, arched letter "V". Characteristic features of the industrial design Bottle with a cap, characterized in that its body is provided with a bottom in the shape of an oval, flattened on the shorter sides, has a deflected angular pouring part provided with a threaded cylindrical neck provided with a cap in the shape of a truncated cone, inside which a cylindrical part of the conical pouring is mounted, where the central part of the body of the bottle is fitted in relation to the upper pouring part of the bottle and the lower part of the bottle and has a straight edge on the side of one side surface, while on the side of the other side surface it has an edge in in the shape of an extended letter "S", wherein the pouring part of the bottle is edged with a lower edge which on the side wall side has the shape of an arc, on the front wall side this edge has the shape of the letter "V", and on the back wall side this edge has the shape of a semi-arc, while the lower part of the bottle is edged with an upper edge which on the side wall side has the shape of an extended letter "U", on the front wall side this edge has the shape of a semi-oval, and on the back wall side this edge has the shape of an inverted, arc-ended letter "V", as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
