Zamkniecie do butelek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 23 lutego 2005 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zamkniecie do butelek w postaci nasadki zaopatrzonej w uchylne wieczko, sluzace do kontrolowanego wyplywu plynów zawartych w butelkach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zamkniecia do butelek, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawionozamkniecie do butelek w widoku z góry, foig. 4 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w przekroju poprzecznym, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku zamkniecie do butelek ma cienkoscienny korpus, który w dolnej czesci ma obrys o ksztalcie owalu, a w widoku z boku ma zarys o ksztalcie paraboli. W górnej czesci zamkniecie zaopatrzone jest w uchylne wieczko stanowiace z korpusem integralna calosc i które w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu, przy czym pod wieczkiem na scianie czolowej jest meniskowi, pólokragle wybranie. Spodnia czesc korpusu zaopatrzona jest po srodku w przelotowy okragly otwór otoczony wspólsrodkowym, cylindrycznym pierscieniem i dwoma póllukowymi prowadnicami. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle closure in the form of a cap with a hinged lid, used for a controlled outflow of liquids contained in the bottles. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a closure for bottles, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - bottle closure in a front view, fig. 2 - bottle closure in a side view, fig. 3 - bottle closure in a top view, fig. . 4 is a cross-sectional view of the bottle closure and FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the bottle closure. As shown in the figure, the bottle closure has a thin-walled body with an oval-shaped outline at the bottom and a parabola-shaped outline in the side view. In its upper part, the closure is provided with a hinged lid, which forms an integral whole with the body and which, when viewed from above, has the shape of an oval, with a meniscus, semi-circular recess under the lid on the end face. The underside of the body is provided in the center with a through circular hole surrounded by a concentric cylindrical ring and two semi-hinge guides. Industrial design features The bottle closure has a thin-walled body with an oval-shaped outline at the bottom and a parabola-shaped outline in the side view. In its upper part, the closure is provided with a hinged lid, which forms an integral whole with the body and which, when viewed from above, has the shape of an oval, with a meniscus, semi-circular recess under the lid on the end face.
