Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zakretki do butelek, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zaketke do butelek w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zaketke do butelek w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono zaketke do butelek w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku zaketka do butelek ma korpus, który w widoku z przodu ma od góry ksztalt stozka scietego osadzonego na cylindrycznym pierscieniu. Pobocznica pierscienia jest ryflowana i spoczywa na stozku scietym, którego podstawa ma taka sama srednice jak cylindryczny pierscien podstawy o ryflowanej pobocznicy. Od spodu zakretka posiada po dwa naprzeciwlegle umieszczoneograniczniki o ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu, osadzone na obwodzie podstawy i wewnetrznej powierzchni stozka scietego umieszczonego pomiedzy dwoma cylindrycznymi pierscieniami. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zakretka do butelek, znamienna tym, ze jej korpus w widoku z przodu ma od góry ksztalt stozka scietego osadzonego na cylindrycznym pierscieniu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of bottle cap, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle cap from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle cap from the top, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle cap from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle cap has a body that, from the front view, has the shape of a truncated cone mounted on a cylindrical ring. The ring's side is grooved and rests on a truncated cone, the base of which has the same diameter as the cylindrical base ring with a grooved side. At the bottom, the cap has two opposing trapezoidal stops, mounted on the circumference of the base and the inner surface of a truncated cone placed between two cylindrical rings. Essential features of the industrial design: A bottle cap characterized in that its body, viewed from above, has the shape of a truncated cone mounted on a cylindrical ring. The ring's side is grooved and rests on a truncated cone, the base of which has the same diameter as the cylindrical base ring with a grooved side.
