Zakretka do butelek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 03 listopada 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zakretka do butelek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zakretki do butelek, stosowanej do szczelnego zamkniecia plynów i past uzywanych w gospodarstwach domowych, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zakretke do butelek w widoku od czola, a na fig. 2 - przedstawiono przekrój osiowy zakretki do butelek.Jak pokazano na rysunku zakretka do butelek ma korpus o ksztalcie wydluzonego walca, który w górnej czesci ma plaskie sklepienie, a w dolnej czesci zaopatrzony jest w walcowy pierscien o ryflowanej bocznej powierzchni o ksztalcie ostro zakonczonych trójkatów. Wewnetrzna strona walcowego pierscienia zaopatrzona jest na obwodzie w gwint. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle cap from the front, and Fig. 2 shows an axial cross-section of the bottle cap. As shown in the drawing, the bottle cap has a body in the shape of an elongated cylinder, which has a flat top in the upper part and a cylindrical ring in the lower part with a grooved side surface in the shape of pointed triangles. The inner side of the cylindrical ring is provided with a thread on its circumference. Characteristic features of the industrial design: Bottle cap, characterized in that it has a body in the shape of an elongated cylinder, which has a flat dome in the upper part, and in the lower part is provided with a cylindrical ring with a grooved side surface in the shape of pointed triangles, wherein the inner side of the cylindrical ring is provided with a thread on its circumference, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
