Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dozownik z kulka sluzacy jako aplikator plynów lub substancji pólplynnych znajdujacych sie w butelkach lub pojemnikach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac dozownika z kulka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono dozownik z kulka w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono dozownik z kulka w przekroju osiowym, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono dozownik z kulka w widoku z góry.Jak pokazano na rysunku dozownik z kulka zlozony jest z oprawy, która w górnej czesci ma wypukly na zewnatrz cylindryczny pierscien dla umieszczonej w niej kulki, przy czym w dolnej czesci cylindrycznego pierscienia jest cylindryczna opaska o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy cylindrycznego pierscienia, natomiast od spodu jest wspólsrodkowo osadzony cylindryczny pierscien o srednicy mniejszej od srednicy cylindrycznej opaski. The subject of the industrial design is a ball-type dispenser used as an applicator for liquids or semi-liquid substances contained in bottles or containers. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the ball-type dispenser, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the ball dispenser in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the ball dispenser in an axial cross-section, and Fig. 3 shows the ball dispenser in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the ball dispenser consists of a housing which in its upper part has an outwardly convex cylindrical ring for the ball placed in it, wherein in the lower part of the cylindrical ring there is a cylindrical band with a diameter greater than the diameter of the cylindrical ring, while at the bottom there is a concentrically mounted cylindrical ring with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical band.
