Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest aplikator do pasty sluzacy do precyzyjnego dozowania pasty umieszczonej w tubie lub innym pojemniku. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac aplikatura do pasty, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono w widoku z przodu aplikator do pasty, fig. 2 -przedstawiono w przekroju osiowym aplikator do pasty, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono aplikator do pasty w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku aplikator do pasty ma korpus zlozony z wydrazonej, cylindrycznej podstawy oraz cienkiej nasady o ksztalcie stozka scietego. W nasadzie od góry jest cylindryczne wybranie, w którym umieszczona jest wydrazona w srodkowej czesci gabka. Wewnatrz cylindrycznego otworu umieszczony jest cylindryczny trzpien polaczony ze spirala której dolna, najszersza czesc osadzona jest wewnatrz cylindrycznego otworu korpusu. The industrial design is for a toothpaste applicator used for precise dispensing of toothpaste placed in a tube or other container. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of toothpaste applicator, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the toothpaste applicator in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the toothpaste applicator in an axial cross-section, and Fig. 3 shows the toothpaste applicator in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the toothpaste applicator has a body composed of a hollow, cylindrical base and a thin, truncated cone-shaped attachment. The top of the base has a cylindrical recess in which a sponge is placed, hollow in its central part. Inside the cylindrical opening is a cylindrical pin connected to a spiral, the lower, widest part of which is mounted inside the cylindrical opening of the body.
