Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 17 maja 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania plynów perfumeryjnych oraz lakieru. Istota wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, Fig. 1 - uwi- daczniajaca butelke z boku, Fig. 2 - przedstawiajaca dno butelki. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do stozka scietego o pod- stawie kola, którego scianki boczne sa zbiezne ku dolowi. Natomiast wierzch czesci zbiornikowej butelki ma postac splaszczonej kuli, przy czym jest on wypo- sazony w uskok przechodzacy w nagwintowana szyjke zaopatrzona ponizej gwintu w pierscien Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki zblizony do stozka scietego o podstawie kola, przy czym jej scianki boczne sazbiezne ku dolowi. Natomiast wierzch czesci zbiornikowej ma postac splaszczo- nej kuli wyposazonej w uskok przechodzacy w nagwintowana szyjke zaopatrzona ponizej gwintu w otaczajacy obwodowy pierscien. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging perfume liquids and varnish. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object is manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 - showing the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 - showing the bottom of the bottle. The reservoir portion of the bottle has a shape similar to a truncated cone with a circular base, the side walls of which converge towards the bottom. The top of the bottle's reservoir is in the form of a flattened sphere, with a step that transitions into a threaded neck with a ring below the thread.
