Górna czesc o wiekszym przekroju zweza sie dopiero w poblizu kolnierza butelki, po czym od razu rozszerza sie tworzac kolnierz. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok z boku butelki, a fig.2 widok z góry. Butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych krawedziach, zwezajacego sie na górze, w kierunku szyjki butelki i na dole, w kierunku dna. Srodkowa czesc butelki, pomiedzy czesciami zwezajacymi sie, ma nieco mniejsze pole przekroju poprzecznego niz bezposrednio z nia polaczone zwezajace sie czesci górna i dolna. Sciany butelki sa lekko wklesle. Zaopatrzona w gwint szyjka butelki osadzona jest na kolnierzu.Butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze górna czesc butelki jest mniej wiecej tej samej wysokosci co czesc srodkowa o mniejszym przekroju. Czesc górna butelki zweza sie stopniowo ku górze na calej wysokosci. Zmiana ksztaltu czesci górnej butelki, przy pozostawieniu takiego samego ksztaltu czesci dolnej i srodkowej, pozwolila na uzyskanie butelki o nowym ksztalcie, odrózniajacym sie wyraznie od ksztaltu butelki znanej ze stanu techniki.
