Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przodu, fig.2- bu- telke w widoku z tylu, fig.3- butelke z widoku z góry, fig.4- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka, wedlug wzoru, obejmujaca korpus z dnem o zarysie kolistym i szyjke z gwintem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze szyjka z gwintem ma ksztalt bryly obejmujacej trzy walce o coraz wiekszej srednicy oraz stozek sciety, przy czymna powierzchni walców znajduje sie gwint, a krawedz dolna stozka scietego jest zaokraglona, zas czesc górna korpusu ma ksztalt stozka scietego z wklesla sciana boczna. Czesc dolna korpusu w ksztalcie walca, ma w czterech miejscach sciany bocznej symetryczne grupy trzech karbów, przy czym kazde trzy • karby lacznie tworza zarys trójkata równoramiennego. Krawedz pomiedzy czescia górna i czescia dolna korpusu jest zebrana, zas w polu dna korpusu widoczny jest centralny obszar, od którego odchodzi promieniowo szesc, w przyblizeniu, trójkat- nych obszarów. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective views from above, from the side, and from the front; fig. 2 shows the bottle in a back view; fig. 3 shows the bottle from above; and fig. 4 shows the bottle from below. The bottle, according to the design, comprises a body with a circular bottom and a threaded neck. The threaded neck is shaped like a solid comprising three cylinders of increasing diameter and a truncated cone, with the thread located on the cylinders' surface, the lower edge of the truncated cone being rounded, and the upper part of the body having the shape of a truncated cone with a concave side wall. The lower part of the cylindrical body has symmetrical groups of three notches in four places on the side wall, with each three notches together forming the outline of an isosceles triangle. The edge between the upper and lower parts of the body is gathered, and the bottom of the body has a visible central area, from which six approximately triangular areas radiate. PL PL PL
