Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika na napoje, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik na napoje w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przodu, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig.5- pojemnik w widoku z dolu, a fig.6- widok pojemnika w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii 6-6 na fig.3. Pojemnik na napoje wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sietym, ze ma ksztalt bryly stanowiacej zestawienie scietej czaszy w czesci dolnej, stozka scietego w czesci srodkowej oraz walca w czesci górnej. Na powierzchni czaszy, ponad jej krawedzia dolna, polozonych jest wiele kolistych obszarów, a w polu stozkowej czes- ci srodkowej znajduje sie wiele obwodowych wypuklosci. Na po- wierzchni walcowej czesci górnej znajduja sie dwa symetryczne wy- stepy o zarysach kolistych usytuowane naprzeciw siebie, a przy górnej krawedzi tej czesci przebiega wypuklosc w ksztalcie gwintu.
