Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika na napoje, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik na napoje w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przodu, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig.5- pojemnik w widoku z dolu, a fig.6- widok pojemnika w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii 6-6 na fig.3. Pojemnik na napoje wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sietym, ze ma ksztalt bryly stanowiacej zestawienie scietej czaszy w czesci dolnej, stozka scietego w czesci srodkowej oraz walca w czesci górnej. Na powierzchni czaszy, ponad jej krawedzia dolna, polozonych jest wiele kolistych obszarów, a w polu stozkowej czes- ci srodkowej znajduje sie wiele obwodowych wypuklosci. Na po- wierzchni walcowej czesci górnej znajduja sie dwa symetryczne wy- stepy o zarysach kolistych usytuowane naprzeciw siebie, a przy górnej krawedzi tej czesci przebiega wypuklosc w ksztalcie gwintu. Ponadto dno pojemnika ma zarys paraboli. The essence of the design is a new form of a beverage container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the beverage container in a perspective view from above, from the side and from the front, fig. 2 - the container in a front view, fig. 3 - the container in a side view, fig. 4 - the container in a top view, fig. 5 - the container in a bottom view, and fig. 6 - a cross-sectional view of the container along line 6-6 in fig. 3. The beverage container, as designed, is characterized by its shape consisting of a truncated bowl at the bottom, a truncated cone at the center, and a cylinder at the top. The bowl's surface, above its lower edge, has numerous circular areas, and the conical center has numerous circumferential ridges. The cylindrical upper surface has two symmetrical, opposing circular projections, and a thread-shaped ridge runs along the upper edge of this section. Furthermore, the bottom of the container has a parabolic shape.
