Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika na napoje, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik na napoje w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.5- pojemnik w widoku z dru- giego boku, fig.6- pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig.7- pojemnik w wi- doku z dolu, fig.8- widok pojemnika w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii 8-8 na fig.6, a fig.9- widok pojemnika w przekroju poprze-cznym wzdluz linii 9-9 na fig.6. Pojemnik na napoje wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sciany boczne korpusu przebiegaja faliscie, a sciana gór- na, majaca, w widoku z góry, zarys owalny, przebiega skosnie od strony przedniej i tylnej oraz jest wypukla na stronach bocznych, przy czym szyjka korpusu ma ksztalt dwóch zestawionych na sobie walców. Dno pojemnika ma zarys owalny i jest wklesle, przy czym w polu dna znajduja sie dwie symetryczne wkleslosci majace, w wi- doku z boku, zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu równoramiennego. The beverage container, as designed, is characterized by the body's side walls being wavy, and the top wall, which has an oval outline when viewed from above, runs obliquely on the front and back sides and is convex on the sides, with the body's neck being shaped like two stacked cylinders. The container's bottom is oval and concave, with two symmetrical concavities in the bottom area having, when viewed from the side, the outline of an approximately isosceles trapezoid.
