The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a writing device, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. A writing device having a holder with a cap placed from above in accordance with the pattern is characterized in that the holder has the shape of a cylinder at the bottom terminated with a cylinder of smaller diameter having a dome-shaped bottom and a convex ring near the cylinder of larger diameter, while at the top, over approximately one third of its length, the cylinder has convex rings arranged next to each other perpendicularly to its longitudinal axis and at the top it is terminated with a narrowing in the shape close to a truncated cone with a convex side wall, while the cap overlapping several upper rings of the holder has the shape of a tube closed at the top with a clip extending from the side surface at the bottom, wherein the bottom of the cap is convex by two degrees, symmetrically with respect to the clip, arranged at the outer circumference and along grooves separated from each other, while the clip in front view has a shape similar to a triangle tapering downwards, with a rounded base at the top, and at the bottom turning into another triangle with convex and more inclined sides, while in side view the clip has the shape of a convex, elongated corner tapering downwards, with a triangular convexity at the lower end directed towards the cap, from the side surface of which, above this convexity of the clip, a smaller hemispherical convexity extends.
