Istota wzoru jest ksztalt oraz uklad linii. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe termosu w widoku aksometrycznym, a fig. 2 przedstawia w widoku aksometrycznym korpus dolny oraz kubek termosu. Obudowe termosu, wedlug wzoru, stanowia cztery elementy: 1) kubek 2) korpus górny z uchwytem 3) czesc srodkowa cylindryczna 4) korpus dolny. Od. 1). W górnej czesci czasza przechodzi w plaszczyzne prostopadla do osi czaszy z której wyprowadzona jest czesc cylindryczna posiadajaca gwint zewnetrzny. Uchwyt laczy sie z czasza w jej dolnej czesci uchwytu jest równolegla do czesci walcowej. Korpus górny polaczony jest z czescia srodkowo cylindryczna nierozbieralnym zatrzaskiem. Od. 3). Korpus dolny w swej górnej czesci jest cylindryczny i posiada gwint zewnetrzny, w srodkowej czesci przechodzi w czasze o zmniejszajacej sie ku dolowi srednicy. W dolnej czesci przechodzi w czesc cylindryczna skladajaca sie z pierscieni walca o nieznacznych wysokosciach i zmniejszajacych sie kudolowi srednicach. Z srodkowej czesci czaszy wyprowadzone sa cztery walce o osiach równoleglych do osi korpusu przenikajace sie z czasza i czescia cylindryczna. U swoich podstaw przechodza one w elementy czasz kulistych, dzieki czemu zapewniaja punktowy styk z podlozem. Przedmiot wzoru moze byc wykonany w dowolnych wielkosciach, z dowolnego materialu, w dowolnych kolorach i ich zestawieniach. The subject of the design is the casing of a thermos - toy. The essence of the design is the shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the casing of the thermos in an axometric view, and Fig. 2 shows the lower body and mug of the thermos in an axometric view. The casing of the thermos, according to the design, consists of four elements: 1) mug 2) upper body with handle 3) cylindrical central part 4) lower body. Od. 1). The mug is cylindrical in the upper part, the lower part passing ovally into a base of smaller diameter Od. 2). The upper body is bowl-shaped, tapering towards the top. In its upper part, the bowl transitions into a plane perpendicular to the bowl axis, from which a cylindrical part with an external thread extends. The handle connects to the bowl; in its lower part, the handle is parallel to the cylindrical part. The upper body is connected to the central cylindrical part with a non-detachable latch. From. 3). The central cylindrical part is connected to the lower part with a thread. From. 4). The lower body is cylindrical in its upper part and has an external thread; in its central part, it transitions into a bowl with a diameter decreasing downward. In the lower part, it transitions into a cylindrical part consisting of cylindrical rings with slight heights and diameters decreasing downward. Four cylinders extend from the central part of the bowl, their axes parallel to the body's axis, interpenetrating the bowl and the cylindrical section. At their bases, they merge into spherical bowl elements, ensuring point contact with the substrate. The design object can be made in any size, from any material, in any color or color combination.
