Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono w pólprzekroju na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kielich do napojów o pojemnosci 300ml, fig.2 o pojemnosci 500ml. Kielich do napojów ma czarke utworzona z dna w postaci placka o lukowym ksztalcie zewnetrznym i ksztaltowych scianek, które od dna ku górze sa utworzone z pierscienia o wypuklej powierzchni zewnetrznej, a nastepnie z pierscienia o wkleslej powierzchni zewnetrznej. U dolu czarka styka sie z profilowa nózka ze stopka. Nózka ma u góry czesc walcowa i czesc srodkowa o profilu otworzonym od góry ku dolowi z trzech stycznych luków przechodzacych lagodnie w stopke, która od strony dna ma wybranie o ogólnym ksztalcie czaszy kulistej, przy czym czesc srodkowa nózki ma wymiar minimalny w poblizu polowy wysokosci, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku oznaczonym fig. 1. Na powierzchni czarki, ponizej górnej krawedzi, ma linie i oznaczenie pojemnosci. Kielich do napojów przedstawiony na fig.2 ma czarke o ksztalcie jak kielich przedstawiony na fig. 1, a srednica stopki stanowi 1,3 wysokosci nózki ze stopka PL PL PLThe design registration right for this drink goblet has been in effect since May 2000. The design is based on a new form of the object, manifesting itself in the shape of the bowl, stem, and foot. The design is shown in a half-section in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a 300ml drinking goblet, and Fig. 2 shows a 500ml capacity. The drink goblet has a bowl composed of a flat bottom with an arcuate outer shape and shaped walls, which, from the bottom upward, are formed by a ring with a convex outer surface, followed by a ring with a concave outer surface. At the bottom, the bowl meets a profiled stem with a foot. The stem has a cylindrical section at the top and a central section with a profile that opens from top to bottom with three tangential arcs transitioning smoothly into the foot, which has a recess in the general shape of a spherical cap at the bottom, with the central section of the foot having a minimum dimension of approximately half the height, as shown in the attached drawing marked Fig. 1. On the surface of the bowl, below the upper edge, there are lines and a capacity marking. The drinking goblet shown in Fig. 2 has a bowl shaped like the goblet shown in Fig. 1, and the diameter of the foot is 1.3 times the height of the stem with the foot.
