PUDELK O Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia stycznia 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pudelko. Pudelko wykonane jest w róznych wielkosciach tworzac odmiany. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pólprzekrój pionowy i pólwidok pudelka, fig. 2 natomiast - widok z góry pokrywki pudelka. Pudelko posiada cylindryczny korpus przechodzacy w dolnej czesci ostrym lukiem w dno z wyprofilowana okragla stopka. Korpus w górnej czesci zamkniety jest pokrywka polaczona z nim za pomoca odpowiednio wyprofilowanych zarysów gwintu. Pokrywka posiada ksztalt niskiego cylindra przechodzacego w górnej czesci ostrym lukiem w plaszczyzne zamykajaca, na której umieszczona jest centralnie, splaszczona czasza o nieco mniejszej srednicy. Pudelko moze byc wykonane z dowolnego materialu, korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. PL PL PL PLBUDELK O The right of registration for an ornamental design has been in effect since January 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a box. The box is made in various sizes, creating variations. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a vertical half-section and half-view of the box, and Fig. 2 shows a top view of the box's lid. The box has a cylindrical body, which at the bottom merges with a sharp arc into a base with a profiled round foot. The body is closed at the top by a lid connected to it by appropriately profiled threaded profiles. The lid has the shape of a low cylinder, which at the top merges with a sharp arc into a closing surface, on which a centrally located, flattened bowl of slightly smaller diameter is placed.
