Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 24 lipca 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka zaopatrzona w ucho. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka w górnej czesci ma gwintowana szyjke. Srodkowa czesc ma owalny uchwyt, zaopatrzony w wyjecie o ksztalciesplaszczonej elipsy. Dolna czesc bocznej sciany jest wybrzuszona i wyznacza ja krawedz o lukowych krzywiznach. Czesc srodkowa jest zglebiona w stosunku do zewnetrznej powierzchni, przy czym boczne sciany sa zbiezne w kierunku stozkowej górnej czesci butelki. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku i na fig. 2 - butelke w widoku od strony uchwytu. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma w srodkowej czesci owalny uchwyt 1, zaopatrzony w wyjecie 2 o ksztalcie splaszczonej elipsy 3. Dolna czesc 4 bocznej sciany 5 jest wybrzuszona i wyznacza ja krawedz 6 o lukowych krzywiznach 7, 8, 9 i 10 i jest ona zglebiona w stosunku do zewnetrznej powierzchni 1_1, przy czym boczne sciany 5 sa zbiezne w kierunku stozkowej górnej czesci 12 zaopatrzonej w gwintowana szyjke 13. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic goals, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The bottle has a threaded neck at the top. The middle part has an oval handle, with a cutout in the shape of a flat ellipse. The lower part of the side wall is bulged and is defined by an edge with arched curves. The central portion is concave with respect to the outer surface, the side walls being tapered towards the conical top of the bottle. The object of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a bottle in a side view and in Fig. 2 a bottle in a view from the handle side. As shown in the figure, the bottle has an oval handle 1 in its central part, provided with a cutout 2 in the shape of a flattened ellipse 3.
