The aesthetic effect is provided by the unique embodiment of the bottle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color. The industrial design creativity that defines the essence of the design in question is shown in photographs Fig. 1 and 2, which constitute an integral part of the application. Fig. 1 shows one embodiment of the bottle according to the registered design, and Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the bottle according to a design of the same type. The photographs, together with the description of the design and the protection claims, determine the scope of the claimed protection. The set of photographs shows: Fig. 1 - a view of the bottle in one embodiment; Fig. 2 - a view of the second embodiment of the same bottle. As shown in the photographs of both versions of the decorative pattern, the single-colored, smooth-walled, marbled-transparent glass bottle, composed of a container with a bottom, a neck with a collar, and a stopper, is a deep, dark green. The bottle's container is shaped like a regular cylinder, elongated to a height of approximately two-thirds of the bottle's height, with a base diameter close to one-third of the cylinder's height, concavely arcing toward the interior of the bottle to a height almost three times smaller than the diameter of the bottle's bottom.
