Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku obróconym o 90° wzgledem widoku z fig. 1, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku obróconym o 90° wzgledem widoku z fig. 2, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z boku obróconym o 90° wzgledem widoku z fig. 3. Butelka ma korpus zakonczony na dole podstawa i szyjke zakonczona na górze czescia gwintowana. Korpus butelki ma ksztalt walca i przechodzi na dole w podstawe korpusu o nieco wiekszej srednicy. Podstawa ma ksztalt zblizony do scietej od dolu pólkuli i ma uksztaltowanych szesc wglebien o zarysie polowy owalu, rozciagajacych sie od jej powierzchni bocznej do dolu.Na górze korpus butelki ma zaokraglona czesc, której srednica przy korpusie jest nieco wieksza niz pozostalej walcowej czesci korpusu i która stanowi przejscie pomiedzy korpusem butelki i szyjka o znacznie mniejszej srednicy dolnej niz srednica korpusu. Szyjka ma ksztalt scietego stozka i na górze ma kolnierz oddzielajacy czesc gwintowana butelki od szyjki. Na zaokraglonej czesci pomiedzy korpusem i szyjka butelki i na bocznej powierzchni podstawy sa rozmieszczone na obwodzie segmenty z oznaczeniami. Cechami istotnymi butelki wedlug wzoru jest to, ze korpus butelki ma ksztalt walca i przechodzi na dole w podstawe korpusu o nieco wiekszej srednicy, przy czym podstawa ma ksztalt zblizony do scietej od dolu pólkuli i ma uksztaltowanych szesc wglebien o zarysie polowy owalu, rozciagajacych sie od jej powierzchni bocznej do dolu, a na górze korpus butelki ma zaokraglona czesc, której srednica przy korpusie jest nieco wieksza niz pozostalej walcowej czesci korpusu i która stanowi przejscie pomiedzy korpusem butelki i szyjka o znacznie mniejszej srednicy dolnej niz srednica korpusu, zas szyjka ma ksztalt scietego stozka i na górze ma kolnierz oddzielajacy czesc gwintowana butelki od szyjki, a ponadto na zaokraglonej czesci pomiedzy korpusem i szyjka butelki i na bocznej powierzchni podstawy sa rozmieszczone na obwodzie segmenty z oznaczeniami, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-4.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a side view, Fig. 2 - a side view of the bottle rotated 90° relative to the view in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 - a side view of the bottle rotated 90° relative to the view in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 - a side view of the bottle rotated 90° relative to the view in Fig. 3. The bottle has a body terminated at the bottom with a base and a neck terminated at the top with a threaded portion. The body of the bottle is cylindrical and merges at the bottom into a base of a body with a slightly larger diameter. The base is shaped like a hemisphere truncated at the bottom and has six semi-oval recesses extending from its lateral surface to the bottom. At the top, the bottle body has a rounded section, the diameter of which at the body is slightly larger than that of the remaining cylindrical part of the body, forming a transition between the bottle body and the neck, which has a significantly smaller bottom diameter than the body. The neck is shaped like a truncated cone and has a flange at the top separating the threaded part of the bottle from the neck. On the rounded section between the body and the neck of the bottle, and on the lateral surface of the base, segments with markings are arranged around the circumference. The essential features of the bottle according to the model are that the body of the bottle is cylindrical and at the bottom passes into the base of the body with a slightly larger diameter, wherein the base has a shape similar to a hemisphere truncated at the bottom and has six recesses shaped in the outline of a half oval, extending from its lateral surface to the bottom, and at the top the body of the bottle has a rounded part, the diameter of which at the body is slightly larger than that of the remaining cylindrical part of the body and which constitutes a transition between the body of the bottle and the neck with a significantly smaller lower diameter than the diameter of the body, while the neck has the shape of a truncated cone and at the top has a collar separating the threaded part of the bottle from the neck, and furthermore on the rounded part between the body and the neck of the bottle and on the lateral surface of the base there are segments with markings arranged on the circumference, as follows: shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-4.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4 PL PL PL PL
