Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Butelka charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana jej przez ksztalt i uklad linii. Butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma korpus o postaci walca w podstawie wyposazonego w wypusty, a u góry w krótka szyjke zakonczona pierscieniem i glówka z gwintem, na której osadzona jest zakretka. Butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w dolnej polowie korpusu posiada plytkie rowki, które tworza pierscienie i w tej czesci powierzchnia scian posiada owalne wklesniecia, natomiast górna polowa korpusu jest gladka, a w czesci, która laczy sie z szyjka ma ksztalt stozka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku - fig.l. Fig. 2 przedstawia widok butelki z góry, a fig. 3 widok butelki z dolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: butelka, której korpus ma postac walca w podstawie wyposazonego w wypusty, u góry w krótka szyjke zakonczona pierscieniem i gwintem, na której osadzona jest zakretka, w dolnej polowie korpusu znajduja sie plytkie rowki tworzace pierscienie i w tej czesci powierzchnia scian posiada owalne wklesniecia, natomiast górna polowa korpusu jest gladka, a w czesci, która laczy sie z szyjka ma ksztalt stozka.fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The bottle is characterized by a new and individual form, given to it by its shape and arrangement of lines. The bottle that is the subject of the industrial design has a cylindrical body with projections at the base, a short neck at the top, a ring at the end, and a threaded head on which a cap is mounted. The bottle is characterized by shallow grooves in the lower half of the body that form rings, and in this part the wall surface has oval concavities, while the upper half of the body is smooth, and the part that connects to the neck is conical. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Figure 1. Figure 2 shows a top view of the bottle, and Figure 3 shows a bottom view of the bottle. Essential features of the industrial design: a bottle whose body is in the form of a cylinder at the base equipped with projections, at the top with a short neck ending with a ring and thread, on which the cap is mounted, in the lower half of the body there are shallow grooves forming rings and in this part the surface of the walls has oval concavities, while the upper half of the body is smooth and in the part that connects to the neck it is cone-shaped.
