Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczony do konfekcjonowania plynnych srodków spozywczych. Zglaszajacemu nie jest znany pojemnik o takim ksztalcie. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt walca polaczone- go ze stozkiem scietym, zakonczony u góry walcowa szyjka z nakretka. Podstawa dolna pojemnika jest promieniowo wklesla, natomiast pobocz- nica od dolu ma ksztalt promieniowo wypukly, który laczy sie z czescia w ksztalcie odwróconego stozka scietego, która dalej przechodzi w ksztalt stozka scietego o pobocznicy uksztaltowanej wypuklo wkleslej i dalej la- czy sie z walcowo uksztaltowana szyjka z gwintem na którym jest na- kretka z kolnierzem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w przykladzie wyko- anania na rysunku gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku i w czesciowym przekroju pionowym. The applicant is not familiar with any container of this shape. According to the industrial design, the bottle has the shape of a cylinder connected to a truncated cone, terminating at the top in a cylindrical neck with a cap. The lower base of the container is radially concave, while the lower side is radially convex, which connects to a part in the shape of an inverted truncated cone, which then transitions into a truncated cone with a convex-concave side, and then connects to a cylindrical neck with a thread, which is fitted with a collared cap. The subject of the industrial design is shown in an example of an embodiment in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a side view and in partial vertical cross-section. The bottle according to the industrial design is characterized by having the shape of a cylinder combined with a truncated cone, ending at the top with a cylindrical threaded neck with a cap. The lower base (U) of the bottle is radially concave, while the side part at the bottom has a radially convex shape (2), which is connected to the part of the side part (3) in the shape of an inverted truncated cone, and then the side part changes into the shape of a truncated cone (4) with a convex-concave shaped side part, and then the side part is connected to a cylindrically shaped neck (5) with a thread on which there is a nut (6), with a collar (7).
