Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka stanowiaca opakowanie cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów. Znane sa butelki majace rózne kombinowane ksztalty stozkowo-walcowe lub prostopa- dloscienne, rózniace sie uksztaltowaniem czesci. Przykladowo znana jest butelka maja- ca ksztalt prostopadloscienny, której górna czesc ma forme ostroslupa ze scietym wierzcholkiem przechodzacym w nagwintowana szyjke. Butelka ma na calym swym obwodzie i na calej swej wysokosci poziome rowki usytuowane na obwodzie w regu- larnych odstepach. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukla- dzie linii. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na rysunku oznaczonym jako fig. 1 oraz dodatkowo na odrebnym rysunku oznaczonym jako fig. 1.1., w widoku per- spektywicznym. Butelka ma dolna czesc prostopadloscienna i górna czesc obla przechodzaca w na- gwintowana szyjke. W srodkowej czesci butelka ma przewezenie wyznaczajace obie czesci. Na górnej oblej czesci rozmieszczone sa na calym obwodzie w regularnych od- stepach pionowe rowki. Na dolnej prostopadlosciennej czesci rozmieszczone sa na ca- lym obwodzie w regularnych odstepach poziome rowki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze butelka ma dolna czesc pro- stopadloscienna i górna czesc obla przechodzaca w nagwintowana szyjke, w srodkowej czesci butelka ma przewezenie wyznaczajace obie czesci, na górnej oblej czesci roz- mieszczone sa na calym obwodzie w regularnych odstepach pionowe rowki zas na dol- nej prostopadlosciennej czesci rozmieszczone sa na calym obwodzie w regularnych odstepach poziome rowki.fig. 1fig. 1.1 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle constituting a container for liquids, particularly beverages. Bottles are known in various combined conical-cylindrical or cuboidal shapes, differing in the shape of their parts. For example, a cuboidal bottle is known, the upper part of which is a pyramid with a truncated top that merges into a threaded neck. The bottle has horizontal grooves along its entire circumference and height, arranged at regular intervals. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bottle according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing designated as Fig. 1 and, additionally, in a separate drawing designated as Fig. 1.1, in a perspective view. The bottle has a lower, rectangular part and an upper, circular part extending into a threaded neck. In its central part, the bottle has a narrowing defining both parts. On the upper, circular part, vertical grooves are spaced at regular intervals around its entire circumference. On the lower, rectangular part, horizontal grooves are spaced at regular intervals around its entire circumference.
