Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, majaca zastosowanie jako pojemnik do plynów, szczególnie wysokogatunkowych alkoholi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiono butelke w widoku z boku, zas na fig. 2 przedstawiono widok butelki w rzucie na plaszczyzne pozioma. Butelke stanowi przestrzenna bryla, ksztaltem symbolizujaca kolumne o ksztalcie zblizonym do piedestalu z trzonem Kolumny Zygmunta w Warszawie. Butelka od dolu ma podstawe w postaci dwóch przestrzennych elementów o zarysie kwadratu, o wysokosci w przyblizeniu równej 0,03 wysokosci butelki i krawedzi bocznej o dlugosci w przyblizeniu równej 0,2 wysokosci butelki, przy czym dolny element ma dlugosc wieksza, niz dolny. Nad podstawa butelka ma element symbolizujacy piedestal, o wysokosci w przyblizeniu równej 0,4 wysokosci butelki. Krawedz obwiedniowa piedestalu ma w plaszczyznie poziomej zarys zblizony do kwadratu. Dolna czesc piedestalu, o wysokosci okolo 0,4 wysokosci calego piedestalu, przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w czesc górna. Kazda z czesci piedestalu na swych powierzchniach glównychma ksztaltowe wglebienia o zarysie prostokata, których powierzchnia denna laczy sie lagodnym lukiem z powierzchnia glówna piedestalu. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest zarys ksztaltu zewnetrznego butelki, która od dolu ma podstawe w postaci dwóch przestrzennych elementów o zarysie kwadratu, o wysokosci w przyblizeniu równej 0,03 wysokosci butelki i krawedzi bocznej o dlugosci w przyblizeniu równej 0,2 wysokosci butelki, przy czym dolny element ma dlugosc wieksza niz dolny. The bottle is a three-dimensional solid, its shape symbolizing a column similar to the pedestal with the shaft of the Sigismund's Column in Warsaw. The bottle has a base at the bottom in the form of two three-dimensional elements, square in outline, with a height approximately equal to 0.03 times the bottle height and a lateral edge approximately 0.2 times the bottle height, with the lower element being longer than the lower one. Above the base, the bottle has an element symbolizing a pedestal, with a height approximately equal to 0.4 times the bottle height. The perimeter edge of the pedestal has a horizontal outline that is close to a square. The lower part of the pedestal, approximately 0.4 times the height of the entire pedestal, merges with the upper part in a gentle arc. Each pedestal part has rectangular recesses on its main surfaces, the bottom surface of which merges with the main surface of the pedestal by a gentle arc. Above the element symbolizing the pedestal is a dividing element with a square outline, blending with a gentle arc into a cylindrical element symbolizing the column shaft, with a height of approximately 0.4 times the height of the entire bottle and a diameter of approximately 0.1 times the height of the entire bottle. The bottle is topped with an element symbolizing the capital, a set of cylindrical elements connected by gentle arcs. Above the capital, the container has a head for mounting the bottle's cork. The bottle is made of transparent glass, colored or uncolored. The essential features of the industrial design are the outline of the bottle's external shape, which has a base at the bottom in the form of two three-dimensional elements with a square outline, with a height of approximately 0.03 times the bottle's height and a lateral edge with a length of approximately 0.2 times the bottle's height, with the lower element being longer than the lower one. Above the base, the bottle has an element symbolizing a pedestal, with a height of approximately 0.4 times the bottle's height. The pedestal's peripheral edge has a horizontally approximately square outline. The lower part of the pedestal, with a height of approximately 0.4 times the height of the entire pedestal, flows in a gentle arc into the upper part. Each pedestal part has rectangular recesses on its main surfaces, the bottom surface of which connects with the main surface of the pedestal by a gentle arc. Above the element symbolizing the pedestal is a dividing element with a square outline, transitioning by a gentle arc into a cylindrical element symbolizing the column shaft, having a height of approximately 0.4 times and a diameter of approximately 0.1 times the height of the entire bottle. The bottle is topped at the top with an element symbolizing the capital, which is a set of cylindrical elements connected by gentle arcs.
